I try not to write review but I am consistently disappointed by this locations service. When going here you can expect one of three things to go wrong. Either you will receive a bad drink (made incorrectly or tasting of some kind of cleaner) a bad food order (again consistently made incorrectly and not how your order specifies it), or downright bad service. I don't know the solution to this so I will no longer offer this location any business. Others should follow suit.

Extremely unprofessional, zero customer service. The owner should let go the evening supervisor as she dies not cate about customers in this location. I have filed a complaint asking for owner to call me. Once the owner calls I will make myself available to attestify that people that he/she hired was not suitable for this job. These employees will make you only lose customers. I went on July 19, 2022 at 7:50 pm.

Everytime I go into this location wether or not there is a line I'm waiting forever just to put my order in then when I do get served they are so ride about it. It's as if having a customer is some sort of inconvience on their social lives because they seem to busy talking to each other to actually serve the customer. Today I only had five minutes to grab my beverages and I stood in line with no one infront of me before I had to walk out because my ride was leaving. I thought the point of customer service was to serve your customers not make them feel uneated and in the way.
