I love Pizza Hut I’ve ordered delivery many times no problem tonight I actually picked up from store and made order. The employees do not wear any gloves while making pizzas . Cross contamination between touching everything in the store. Even without the pandemic I would want who ever making my food to have gloves on .
This is unacceptable and very scary to see a restaurant not take normal protocols.

My husband and myself decided on pizza for dinner. We ordered two large pepperoni, one with banana peppers and sausage. We notice after we ordered that the employees that were making our pizzas weren't wearing gloves. We asked the cashier if they could put some on and she responded that they don't have to wear them. Never in my life have I heard that. And I work in food service!!! After we got our food then we notice that the order was wrong!!!

Look. I get it. It's Pizza Hut. You know what you're getting and for some reason people don't like it. I do. But that's not why it gets 5 stars. This store has the best staff in any fast food chain I've been in recently. Very professional and very friendly.

I ordered the Big Box and 2 side items...an extra order of bread sticks and a 3rd cheese pizza. The 3rd pizza was overdone ( slightly burned, and the extra order of breadsticks were omitted.....( but yes, on the receipt)....
Be sure to look at all products and review order before you leave the store if carry-out.
Dissapointing visit, this time.

Subpar pizza and the pasta had almost no sauce. They charge $1.25 for a tiny packet of red peppers that every other pizza place provides for free. This location has taken down all signage about curbside carryout despite it still being offered online, so you're forced to go inside anyway. And the employees were borderline rude. Worst Pizza Hut experience, hands down.

The food was excellent. We elected to use the "carry-out" option, which went smoothly. The price was good. The clientele were friendly and personable.

Sometimes the pizza is great and is cooked perfectly. Last night it was half cooked and flimsy. I would rather wait for the oven to be able to cook my pizza properly than get it ASAP. Maybe it was over loaded?
