I have been here a few times now. I think the food is good but can be on the pricey said at times. It has always had a calm enjoyable vibe when I have been.
Visited shortly after it opened after being closed for covid-19. Staff were very welcoming. It was obvious that the restaurant were adhering to government guidance. Social distancing and one way systems had been put in place. No one was allowed anywhere near the open kitchen area and they had even installed devices onto the doors so you could use your feet to avoid touching doors. Was very impressed. The staff were lovely and the service was fantastic. The food was beautiful. We all enjoyed our meals and desserts.
The Vegan menu was great! The nuggets and cheesy garlic bread were great sharing starters along with the doughballs. We'll be back again to try the Vegan pizza!

The food is amazing, lots of vegan options too. Our server was great, recommended food was friendly, helpful and funny! Didn't note his name but he was lovely.

We are regulars for breakfast at this Frankie and Benny's as we have a tastecard so we get buy one get one free. All the breakfasts are great (and we've tried almost all of them by now) and even at full price are good value (even better with BOGOF). The service is always absolutely top notch, we've never had a single issue. I would recommend the big full English breakfast (pictured) and the eggs benedict.
Only con I could think of is that the fixtures and fittings (especially the seats) are a bit aged, but it's never spoilt our experience.
Thank you to the team who served us on Monday 7th September. The customer service was attentive and polite. You ensured our needs were met and even when I had to ask for an exchange they went beyond the expected to ensure we were happy. You guys are an asset to this branch.

The pizza looked amazing but the carbonara tasted burnt. Overall good vibe inside and food reasonably priced.
Love the chocmisu dessert and rose lemonade fentimans and that my meat lover partner had the best birthday here last night. He had double bacon cheese burger. I had the viva la vegan burger I was not impressed with it but love the burger sauce and vegan cheese sauce my fries was in. Would choose different main course next time.
Been to this one a couple times, each time the staff have been very nice, food is good, all round nice place to go! I wish I had known about the 30% off with cinema tickets tho before I paid. Great deal that I hope to use in the future.

Great place to visit. We visited for father's day and the food was superb. We were seated quickly and drinks arrived soon after.
Food was ordered and the service was very quick and the food hot and delicious. The server, Paul was very attentive and courteous and was a credit to the restaurant.
So glad I ventured out.. staff friendly, atmosphere was relaxed and steak was really good. Next im trying pizza. :)

Wonderful place to visit if willing to eat out. Shame most of them have closed now though. Popular party restaurant too though so expect to hear a birthday song whilst you’re in there but overall great service, warm and tasty food and best desserts ever 5/5 for this place can’t wait for another meal there in the near future
