First time visit after walking past it many times! Great little place for lunch, all freshly made and served quickly. Staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Already had two lattes and lunch (highly recommend the homemade tart and salad).. Might have to stay for afternoon tea!! Thank you! x

Popped in here for a quick coffee on the hoof while at work. What a lovely independent coffee shop. Staff were so inviting and knowledgable. Coffee was beautiful, really fruity and interesting. Can’t wait to come back with my colleagues and have some brekkie!! X
Great place which we’ve been to a couple of times. The coffee is great, there’s so much choice for vegetarians and we even brought our huge dog in with us last time. Always made to feel welcome, plus amazing millionaire shortbread
What a lovely little place! Perfect for a snack, light lunch or just coffee, and the food is home-cooked by Lindsey to an incredibly high standard - the lightest quiche I’ve eaten for a long time. Great value for money, too.

Amazing food! Had a jacket potato with cheese and coleslaw and my other half had scrambled eggs which he said were amazing! Dog friendly, loads of gluten free/vegan options and lots of great events planned, we're tempted to try out the cheese and wine night!

I had an amazing vegan breakfast today. Well cooked and presented. Coffee was excellent as was a vegan gf chocolate brownie I couldn't resist. The manager was friendly and helpful and let us know which foods were gf and vegan.
Will definitely go again.
First time here today - we stumbled upon the cafe by accident but what a gem!
Cottage pie was delicious and a sandwich of full size pigs in blankets was first class!

Great little caff at the far end of the high street. Very popular with people in the know! Great food knowledge and a good range of snacks. Loved the coconut mocha!
Gets better and better this place! The food and service is top quality my favourite is the beans n cheese jacket with side salad yummy!

Update 10/21 - Eaten here under the new owners now and have been impressed the quality of the food, friendliness and relaxed atmosphere has been maintained. The addition of additional breakfast options is a win and would highly recommend the Full English; best in town.q

We have eaten here on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. Great coffee and cake. Friendly staff create a relaxed atmosphere. The ethos of how the place is run and community focus is a massive bonus.
Nice and relaxing Canteen, staff are polite, food and drink offer good value for money.
