I've been twice recently, and both times, staff were amazing in the food hall . They were so friendly and accommodating. Dan and the ladies are amazing. Perry pig frappe are sooooooo good
Only the best in Kidderminster, and I have to say, Cheaper than some other supermarkets in Kidderminster. You pay for quality, and this store is Quality. The Staff? Quality lads and lasses!!! Thanks from Nigel, Stourport
As good as a marks and spencers are .great food hall and produce clothes area down stairs and upstairs .would be great if the lift was repaired and you didnt have to go up a fire exit to reach the 1st floor
Extremely pleased with the service received from Sarah at M&S Kidderminster. I had a faulty item delivered and took it to another store who were unable to help but Sarah took the time to call head office to sort it out. Very grateful for excellent service.

When visiting your store yesterday, I had trouble finding what I wanted. Spoke to the assistant Juliet and she couldn’t have been more helpful! She really is I credit to the company and herself. Helped me find what I wanted in no time at all, will definitely be returning to your store.
Great to see our M&S so busy. New clothing stock in store ready for Autumn and Winter. Staff 'super helpful' and a pleasant experience. Revisited the Dine for Two. Would prefer a better choice of sides but otherwise a great deal. Looking forward to the sparkling Rosé.
Great selection of products and a decent café - the Merry Hill store is bigger but this one is as good as any!
So pleasant to walk around, with really caring staff. Very festive atmosphere too. Got all I needed food wise and had a lovely coffee to kick start the trolley manoeuv res.
Staff in the cafe are extremely helpful, thoughtful and kind. Having a one year old, I find their attention to detail, facilities and general consideration for little ones second to none. Thank you marks for making trips out easier for mums, dads and other carers.
Service I received on a recent visit was excellent. Staff member who assisted me was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. A true example of good old fashioned customer service.
Set over two floors it has a reasonable selection of stock, but not massive.
Parking right out front - paid.
Also has a decent food hall with plenty of selection.
Convenient if your shopping in the area or staying in the Premier Inn.
Popped in for a coffee, well organized, seats and tables cleaned after each use. All the staff were well up to speed! Cleanest and best in kidderminster. 10/10 Val & Trace Kidderminster.
