It's ok. The Land Oak seems to be constantly changing and closing for refurbishment but it never really changes much.
It used to be a 2 for 1 Marstons pub, then it went to a carvery with a slightly better menu, now it's back to the 2 for 1 again and no carvery - as it obviously didn't work, and wasn't good quality.
The menu is the same as the Watermill with a large variety of options and specials but you can tell it is all bought in meals just reheated, very little tastes really fresh and homemade, but it is good value and there are some nice things, so I suppose you get what you pay for

I recently visited The Land Oak pub in Kidderminster and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The service was also very quick, with my order being taken promptly and my food arriving in a timely manner. Speaking of the food, it was absolutely delicious. I was impressed with the range of options on the menu, from classic pub fare like fish and chips to more unique offerings like a goat's cheese and beetroot salad. My meal, a steak and ale pie, was cooked to perfection with a generous helping of tender meat and flavorful gravy. The portions were also very generous, and I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. In terms of atmosphere, The Land Oak has a cozy and inviting feel. The decor is warm and traditional, with plenty of seating options both indoors and out. There was a great buzz of conversation throughout the pub, which added to the overall ambiance. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at The Land Oak pub in Kidderminster. The friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food made for an enjoyable meal out, and I would definitely recommend this pub to others.

The land oak is a nice pub, the decor is nice and all the tables were clean. The waitress was very efficient, and took our orders promptly. We ordered a sirloin steak and a pizza. The steak could of been a bit more tender, but it was still good. The portion sizes was also good as I was stuffed after. The pizza was a nice stone baked one, my partner liked it. I thought this meal was good value for money.

Popped in on the way home from a Birthday day out for my husband in Bewdley and we were pleasantly surprised. Service was fantastic, my husband had the surf and turf with Peppercorn sauce and has now said he wants that Peppercorn sauce with everything! I had a medium rare steak and it was cooked to absolute perfection, best steak I've had in years. We will definitely be returning!

We came here for the 30% off food deal and expected wetherspoons fare. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the general feel of the place. It was a pleasant establishment to go into, the staff were very friendly and we will look to return in the future.

Went in for an early dinner with my partner and Granddaughter. The pub was quiet and well presented. We sat by the children's play area, which was clean and tidy. To be fair for a pub there was enough to keep our little one amused. So much so, was a battle to get her to sit & eat, such fun a? The food was ordered and was quick to arrive. It was all hot and fresh, so all was eaten. Then ordered sweets and they were good quality and quick to arrive. I drink ales and am a member of CAMRA, so my only bug bear was the ales were a little low in temperature. They were certainly fresh and tasty though. Every member of staff I dealt with were friendly and polite. Can't say much more, so well done.

First time visiting here. We see the pub on our way to the safari park and looked lovely from the outside so we decided to go there after our day out. So glad we did as the food was lovely. Staff where so welcoming and catered to our every need. Being a table of 11 with 6 of those being small children they where so patient with us and the food arrived quickly ! I would definately come back here when in the area. We all enjoyed it

Perfectly adequate chain pub. Popped in for a mid week evening beer. Plenty of ales and lagers to choose from. Friendly staff. As with most chain pubs, the decor is a bit contrived but it's pleasant enough, plus clean. On site car park and good toilets. Would visit this pub again.

Have visited Land Oak twice this week. I went Sunday 2nd July and had a magnificent mixed grill. The bar lady was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Also went tonight Wednesday 5th July had fish n chips. The lady who served me tonight between 5.30-7pm was brilliant. Had a nice chat to her too. She's great with the customers. Thank you. Will definitely visit again when I'm visiting friends in Kidderminster. Regards Jay

We (my brother and his wife and my cousin and his wife and me and my husband) meet up about every 6 - 8 weeks we usually have the same table and the same waitress who greets us all with a hug and kiss it really makes us feel welcome. The food is always lovely and fresh and the drinks refreshing .I'm sorry I can't give you any advice as to make your pub any better when we think it's just perfect anyhow .....keep up the good work

The online booking was easy and glitch free. Service was friendly and ordering was also easy done at the bar although you can also order using an app of you prefer. The food was superb. I had a rump steak with onion rings, mushrooms, chips and peas. It was a nice cut and cooked as requested. In all it was excellent. My Wife also enjoyed hers. I tried the Rosie's Pig Cider which was also really good.
