Brilliant 👏 apart from the alarm goes off everytime you come out you look like a criminal. But seriously nice staff the cafe is brilliant food lovely and the security quard is nice

Like shopping there only thing I'd have to say is every time your waiting by counters to be served especially meet counter ....and never ever enough cooked food left on my fav counter chicken thighs ....as I work on a sat I really look forward to a couple of cooked chicken thighs but never anything left about 2pm shame really but all good thankyou ....

But the entrance smells of fish!!
I understand trying to create a maket atmosphere. Come on, Kidderminster morrisons is not the smell you should be greeted customer with when they walk in.
It should be bakery, coffee? Not fish!
Don't get me wrong, I like morrisons food and cafe, just making the point that certain odours can make the difference between a pleasant shopping experience and a nauseous experience.

The best Morrissons in the area. I have one closer, but it's just too small & and outdated, so I travel to this one. There is a much better range & layout. Friendly staff on the counters & checkouts.

Mostly very good unless you want a loaf cut of an afternoon! Very difficult to get anyone but management to do it.
Also some items are quite costly compared to other supermarkets ie Douwe Egbert coffee £9.25 against £6.00-£7.00 elsewhere ? This was a few months ago and now it’s come down in price.
Most staff are helpful and polite but there are always a negative 1 or 2.

One of the larger Morrison stores in Shropshire. Extensive range and well stocked in all areas of the shop floor. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent staff . It's cheap and cheerful plenty of stock. Love the middle aisle. It can get very busy at times especially the weekend.
