I was there during no rush hours, so it went quickly. Easy ordering via app. Friendly staff. Fresh products taste okay. For me, onion is very strong: smell and taste, when I remove it, my fingers the smell of onion remains even after thorough washing 🙃
Very pleasant staff when we have been there. The food was good & it was brought to our table, even though they were fairly busy. T
Not the best situated BK but it's the closest one to us. Always prefer their burgers to the other brand and can actually eat them sober! It's primarily a drive-thru but there is some outdoor seating for when the weather is better.
I called in today with my son as we were passing through town and there isn't one local to us in Worcester.
My son ordered a burger and unusually for whatever reason he just didn't like it, ordinarily he will eat anything.
Anyhow.. seeing a prices aren't the cheapest I said, I'm not going to get you anything else and he ate half the burger with a face on him ))
I've never done this before but I thought, I'll just ask if they would swap it as he really didn't like the taste and a lady there was so lovely, I said don't worry if I'm being cheeky but could I swap it (well throw the half eaten one) and have something else
Not a problem she said, It happens - and she got him a chicken royale
So helpful and she could easily of said no.

I had the BBQ Melt box meal with cheesy bacon loaded fries, everything came hot chilli bites was nice, the cheesy bacon loaded fries where amazing will be back again for them and the BBQ melt burger was excellent too overall excellent staff where helpful and friendly as well
Ate in, easy to order on the screen, staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Food was great and quick to come.
No burgers machine down but Chicken Royale was good substitute. Staff as usual brilliant, thankyou...
Parking and access is a bit of a pain due to the placing of the drive through, but a nice little store with easy enough parking elsewhere to walk to.
Food quality has improved a lot since the store opening. With freindly and fast staff
Love Burger King, it's burgers are much better than the obvious rival in town, and the staff are great. The App' is well worth having as it is constantly updating offers, and keeps a track of your reward points which gets you free food.
Very, very friendly staff. Great to see young people smile nowadays whilst doing their selected jobs. We ordered a double whopper large meal and a whopper large meal through the drive thru around 5.10pm on 25.09.22. It was a pleasant experience and served efficiently. The food was delicious and piping hot. We were not disappointed at all, and will definitely return to this branch. Thank you BK for a great experience
Charging my car here is my normal activity. I have discovered the burgers taste great, so when I'm feeling rich I get one.
Meal was lovely, fairly quick for the meal to be prepared too. Only fault was that it felt understaffed as we were at the till for a few minutes with no-one in sight
