Our new favourite place! It's a family run pub, who are very welcoming. So welcoming we've been back a few times now. They don't do food but had an award winning fish and chip van pop by on Friday which went down very well, looking forward to that coming again in a couple of weeks! The beer is good and there's a great selection of gins! Plenty of seating inside and out and a good sized car park.
Had a delicious lunch here after a lovely walk in the surrounding countryside. Lovely asparagus and poached egg starter cooked to perfection and home made pizza for main. Good choice on the menu ranging from traditional to adventurous. Two vegetarian options for main and starter both delicious. Vegetables cooked perfectly. Friendly service. Would recommend and will definitely visit again.
Great place! We went here for our good friends engagement party. Its really cosy and has a great feel to it. They had food available of burgers and chips that was all very tasty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is seating inside and outside (with cover). There are seperate bathrooms for men and women. There is free parking also available. The only downside was there wasn't any baby changing, but the ladies bathroom was big enough for me to lay the changing mat down and change my kiddo. Would visit again.
Great food on 14/04/17: the sirloin was beautifully tender & well cooked & is one of the best meat I have had in the UK for a while. Well done chef!! The chocolate fondant was divine too. And the service was efficient and discrete. We will definitely be back. Family of 4.

Top restaurant, friendly staff who welcome Morris and music. Beautiful setting next to pond with open land all around. A summer treat!
