First time, gorgeous food & coffee. Was a magical morning watching a baby dear find its way home. Not a dry eye in the room. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere.

Visited this place for a birthday brunch today. The place is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. We had the best table and received a great service. Staff were lovely too . The food was also very delicious but unfortunately we found hair in the Halloumi cheese which I wanted to give 4 star. However because of the great service we received i will definitely recommend this place and definitely visit again. Thank you

Finally got to visit here with my bestie. Everything was incredible. Tasty food, friendly team, welcoming atmosphere and wonderful views. I had the time yum chicken sandwich. The flavours were amazing, soft bread, crispy chicken, perfect egg, and commenting garnish. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend had the mushroom gnocchi, which he thoroughly enjoyed too. We had chips to share with rosemary salt- these are different than your usual chips, and so much better. We had hot drinks and some cakes to finish off, which were delightful. Cost is a little pricey, but definitely worth it and good value considering the fantastic offering. Had a really great time! One thing to note though, is there is no sign saying "please wait to be seated", which was a little confusing. I think this addition would be really helpful.

Really generous portions of good quality food, the Reuben sandwich was huge and full of delicious sauerkraut. The coffee and cake also worth having as both were really tasty, the biscoff layer cake was amazing. Would recommend reserving a seat on weekends as quite a few people were turned away on Sunday lunchtime.

Much improved under the new name and management. Worth going just for the view, but food cakes and coffee are also good. Staff pleasant, unfortunately atmosphere usually dominated by painful local “village” types.

Stunning building, lovely staff, tasty food! Was a really pleasant morning travelling over to Killearn for some brunch. The cafe sits adjacent to the old village church and couldn't have a better spot with views over the fields to the hills in the distance. I had eggs over the spicy beef sauce which was lovely. Would like to see the inclusion of a full Scottish (and veggie option) breakfast!

Lovely location in village overlooking a huge green and to the hills in distance. Huge slices cakes. Venue unusual as looks like a church but is in a community hall. Friendly staff. Has a wheelchair lift which needed as friend on crutches.

We initially ordered take away because we had cycled from Glasgow along part of WHW and were absolutely covered in mud. When Sarah saw we were planning to eat outside she insisted we come in and sit down and we were made to feel very welcome to cover everything inside in mud! Haha. The food was bloody brilliant and I can’t wait to come back so I can save a little bit of space for cake. Everyone MUST order the chips! Fantastic service - we were very grateful on the day.
