we had a home delivery tonight... 3 tapas - garlic bhoona lamb melted in your mouth, king prawn garlic chilli and the prawns were HUGE it was delicious and butter chicken completely yummy.... these dishes were of the highest standard 1st class food and not worthy to be called takeaway its like an indian resturaunt in your own home x

Fantastic place. Take away normally but have sat in a few times. Food even better as it comes straight from the kitchen and piping hot.
Truly one of the best Indian dinners we have had! Would highly recommend! Food was faultless and super friendly and helpful service. The chicken bhuna, pakora and naan bread were sublime. Well worth the short drive from Gleddoch hotel. We will definitely come again next time we are close by!

We have been using the guys at Saffron for many year but having moved village, we haven’t been for a while. We picked up a Tandoori Mixed grill last night and we were blown away by the favours. Even the chips were superb and chips don’t like travelling! Proper cuisine. The sit in is outstanding also, the Monkfish curry has always been a lasting memory for me. Give it a try, it’s worth the travelling or phone call!
The food here is excellent. Its the takeaways I get and I've never had better Indian. Dishes contain proper skewered chunks of lean meat rather than over-boiled prepepared rubbish other places in the area serve up. Sauces are always cooked to perfection.
Wonderful place with great ambience. Food is so yummy and mouth watering that we weren't able to stop. Had hot Indian food after so many days. We ve ordered Dal tadka and kadhai paneer and it was really good. Nice place to have Indian food.

I have been eating from Saffron for a number of years now. It would be very difficult to find a restaurant with the same quality of food and price. I would certainly recommend to anyone to try you certainly will not be disappointed.
Been to this lovely Indian restaurant numerous times and cannot recommend it enough. Staff are wonderful, atmosphere is cosy with good music and the food is delicious - definitely deserves 5 stars. I cannot wait for an opportunity to return as it is one of my favourites. Make sure to book in advance as it is a fairly small restaurant and is popular with the locals.

Fabulous food and friendly staff! Haven't been here for ages so had forgotten just how good the food is here. Really lucky that I live so close to it. I'm vegetarian and there's lots of choice.
Been a few times and always look forward to returning, this place takes indian food to the next level. The place is intimate and holds aroind 20 people, the staff are very friendly, and prices are reasonable. I don't think there is a better place on the local area. I love the smoked chicken tikka starter, the sauce is very unusual but goes well with the tradition indian favourite

The food from this take-a-way was always good, but now they have expanded to open their quaint and cosy wee restaurant next door, they have excelled themselves. Dishes you won't find on the take-a-way menu, the fish dishes are particularly good. Like an oasis in a desert of good places to dine down in Kilmacolm, this place would put Glasgow Indian cuisine to shame and is at least two thirds of the price. Can't be beat for quality, price and atmosphere. My new favourite Indian restaurant, by a considerably long way.
