Nn Burger Kilmarnock

Wife and kids have been to one before, we were in the area visiting some friends at the Kilmarnock Inn. Everyone wanted to go, so we all walked there. Cute little place. Not overly large about 7-8 tables. My son got the burger topped with crab. Overall he liked it, but wasn't thrilled with the crab, I kind of agree, it was crab mixed with some sort of mayo or similar mixture. I got a Lobster Roll, which was overflowing with Lobster. The Roll had a good butter base to it. It also comes atop of their home ribbon fries. My wife got a normal burger that she likes. Everyone was very happy with there food. The hit that my wife and her cousin wanted were their Rum Runners. Comes in a large Mason Jars. They ended up getting a few rounds of those. We also got the kids some of their Freakshakes. These are absolutely ridiculous, but are amazing. If you have a chance, you should definitely give it a try.

Visiting the area from RVA and made a last minute decision to place a takeout order not knowing what to expect, but so incredibly happy we did! From the ordering process, to the fast service, to the seamless pick up process, to the tasty burgers and onion rings, to the delicious cocktail to go — all stellar. Seriously, get the rum cocktail. Will definitely return when visiting again!

Visited on 12/28/20. In town for a couple-time getaway. My husband and I enjoy eating local, and appreciate the very minor details that are provided to automatically feel as if we are part of the community. Safety precautions for all current COVID laws, a patio with heaters, spaced apart, and water for pets! The staff was very kind and offered food suggestions and was graciously accommodating. We are now rocking our new NN Burger sunglasses! We will be back!

Very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Classic NN burger. You get a decent size patty, may be 1/3 patty. Cooked medium well. Toppings good and on a brioche bun. Can get fries or thin potatoes twist that look like chips. Friendly staff. We did not get shakes or ice cream but they are probably good too.

To start off, the service was excellent. Everyone was super nice and quick to help. They gave the kids stickers for washing their hands. Score! Our burgers were hot and fresh. I had the Chesapeake crab topped burger which was delicious and filling. Northern Neck is always a good choice for a delicious meal that will fill you up!

Great service, fun atmosphere and love the FAMOUS “NN” TWISTER CHIPS! Crispy and delicious! They made us feel safe and comfortable as we waited for out to go order. During this difficult time it is important to support local business but still stay safe. We could see that the staff was taking the necessary steps to keep us and them safe. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked a lot of question since it was my first visit. Loved the experience so much we went back the next night and on our next trip the Kilmarnock. We were staying at the Kilmarnock Inn who was not serving dinner at the time due to COVID and it was a nice stole through the quant town to get to NN Burger. We will defiantly be back.
