Eddie Morrison. Good food -an oasis in the food desert that is Killie (with a couple of notable exceptions) - the owners have done well with a restaurant on this site and the ambience is excellent. Had many a good night in here, long may it flourish!! Love the 5 cheese penne (6 with parmesan!)
Surroundings ok, toiletss very poor standard, my food 9/10, my partnrs 5/10 although may have been bad choices. I would certainly go back
Loved this place. Visiting family and googled… no wonder this is ranked No1. Set menu had lots of choice but ate from standard menu. Pasta was delicious…. Service was first class. Prosecco great price! Loved it!
We eat here regularly but this week have been twice. Really great. The sea bream and clams were to die for. Always great service as well!
5/5...visit for Father's day...food from starters to main meals was excellent, quality was very good, service was prompt and attentive even topping up our wine when required, restaurant was full which helped create a fantastic atmosphere. Great Value.. Well Worth a visit.
Looking for a quick lunch? Don't go here, the food is too good to rush. Smoked haddock in a leek and cream sauce mmmm. The puddings don't help either. Eton mess and chocolate cake, the only complaint was we could have had another helping, but that would be greed not need. On my list for another visit. x
Super meal and our server looked after us so well. Food good and despite us mixing from the menu they took care of that.
Great food and wine, servers all attentive and friendly, busy with good atmosphere, will definitely be back!

My best friend and her husband brought us here while we were visiting from the US. I wish I had such a lovely restaurant back home. The food here was delicious, the service wonderful, and the atmosphere was charming and festive. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm visiting Scotland.

Three of us, my wife,my sister and me had a really excellent lunch last Thursday. The menu is way better than average Italian restaurants,look and see. The atmosphere was relaxed and happy as were the terrific staff. The food was impressive. Superb value for money.
The only downside is that I don't live near Kilmarnock or I'd be back already.
