Love this pub. Unashamedly enjoying nights out in Kilmarnock since 1997. There are a few proper or traditional pubs left (this being one of them) which are perfect compared to the larger chain pubs. Great atmosphere, good chat from bar staff and locals and a decent selection of drinks. Juke Box and Dart Board a bonus. It is what you make it.
Friendly staff and great drinks selection. Didn't have any food but have heard good things from friends and family. Always our last stop before grabbing the train.

Fanny By Gaslight was my regular haunt for a few years but over the last few years I haven't been in. Tonight I returned for a night of Karaoke with Billy, their resident Karaoke Man! It was wonderful! The bar staff provided excellent service, the entertainment was great fun and it had a generally welcoming, happy atmosphere. Overall, just a brilliant place to go to have a fab Saturday night out!
Great wee pub ..great full horse shoe bar..Victorian in orgin..friendly staff and great if u enjoy live music ..free WiFi and good selection of beers ..just put in Menabrea..and it's gid..enjoying one at time of writing.
Stopped in here for a nightcap after the train back from Glasgow. Lively and fun pub with great staff. There was a karaoke on the night we were there...good fun and I'd return here again

Great local pub, I think it is under new management. The lunchtime food is fantastic Mac and cheese is great and the prices are also really good. I would recommend for the college guys or locals to visit. You get a pretty decent pint in here and the bar staff are really helpful and pleasant. They have live bands on at the weekend also.
Great staff, relaxed atmosphere and cozy. Great for getting pished in, having a casual wee beer and everything inbetween. Will be back and would recommend to anyone
Unexpected, but great night out here! Not sure what I enjoyed more? The company, the music, the atmosphere, the bar prices! Amazing night out. All right next to the train station. I will be visiting Kilmarnock more often, methinks!
2 minutes from the bus station which makes it handy for an afterwork oan my way hame pint, friendly staff, competive prices, good choice of drinks, band every Friday and karaoke every Saturday!
The locals are friendly and the general feel of the place is ideal!
Not really a place you can go for a quiet drink on Friday and Saturdays but the perfect place for folk into good live music & karaoke on said nights!

Beautiful long vodkas . Spotless lager . U can tell the pipes r kept immaculate. Staff r lovely . Karaoke on Saturdays are brilliant n a quiet drink through the week i.'ve been working in bars since I was 18 (43now)sshh! Not tried the food yet but if the drinks and staff r anything 2 go by im sure it'll b spot on . Just a great all round wee pub . Love it n its 1 I wouldn't have tried coz I thought it looked like a bikers bar.. its not
