It was a nice friendly restaurant with a nice atmosphere, the food was ok apart from my girlfriend's pasta could have had a bit more sauce on it, will probably go again.
Staff are great and attentive. Nice big restaurant loads of parking. The food has been fine so far decent menu options.

The atmosphere is amazing, food is delicious. The staff are always great. I would like to specially thank Claire who was the server for my family and me on Thursday night. She was fantastic with my nieces and so kind. Claire went above and beyond to help us and I can not thank her enough. I am so going back thanks to her and would recommend anyone to try it.
Had lunch here today with 2 friends who are vegetarian, had the vegan beetroot burger which was absolutely delicious. It was very busy but the waiter still made time for a chat and didn't rush us. Great experience and will be back again. Note to manager.... Keep that waiter he's pure gold.

Went here before going to the cinema around 7pm-ish and it was pretty busy but we got served straight away. The service was quick and very well done, the gentleman clearly knew his menu well as we ordered quite a few sides along with our mains by his recommendations. There is a lot of choice on the menu and the portion sizes are good. Will definitely go back.
Tbe service is BRILLIANT!!! The waitstaff are friendly, helpful and happy to to check if the chef will tweak your order (which he was happy to do as I was close enough to hear him). We have a Taste Card and we got a 2 for 1 for each course with no need to ring and reserve. The card saved us Β£30 and they didn't treat us any differently than if we hadn't had the Taste Card. We were able to pay when we were ready at the table using our mobile and that was us, no waiting around etc, just a pure relaxing, delicious and happy meal!!!! I highly recommend you pay them a visit.... SOON!!!!! πππππ
This evening we decided to visit Frankie & Benny's for dinner and we're glad we did. On arrival we were greeted by Rowan who would be our server for the evening. We were a party of five, one of which was in a wheelchair. She swiftly showed us to our seats and handed us our menus. Once our food was ordered there wasn't a long wait at all until our food was sitting in front of us. The food was lovely and Rowan was helpful, happy and smiley!!
Had a great meal tonight, loving the new vegan menu! Food was very tasty. Rowan served us and she was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Great service, will definitely be back to try more of the vegan options.
Great family friendly restaurant with very friendly and helpfull staff. Prices are reasonable and if you have their app there is always great discounts that you can use. Only slight disappointment was from my son (aka chef Ramsey π) who used to love the sketches hot dogs followed by the candy shop. The hot dogs were not as good as last time, my son said there was too much pepper on it and the fact they no longer serve the candy shop was a big no no from him.
Went to the Kilmarnock restaurant tonight for dinner with the kids. From the moment we walked in service was great. Rowan who served us was brilliant with the kids , complimentary about my wee girls hair band and nails. Amy (my 11 yr old) loved it. Will definitely be back soon.
Funny and friendly, our sever Rowan was brilliant and an absolute scream. Very helpful when our ADHD kid got a bit over excited and spilled his drink all over himself and the table......TWICE!!!
Food was great as well.

Honestly have one of the best vegan burgers I've ever tasted.
They used to have a few more options, which sadly were taken away but still amazing food for the price.
And the staff are always so friendly and welcoming too.
Dropped in for lunch. Seemed a bit short staffed but made us very welcome and seated us next to a heater, it was snowing outside.
Lunch menu was a bit limited but chose fish and chips. Arrived reasonably quickly considering the staff shortage. Food was ok, reasonable sized portion.
Don't think I would go back too often due to the menu but the guy serving deserves recognition, on by himself, about 10 tables occupied and he managed admirably. Well done.

Have been to this restaurant a couple times more recently and can say truely say it's a great place to eat. Roz was great at ensuring our meal was brought to us quick enough for the movie, thanks!
Visited with two kids on 27/12/19 and was served by Claire. Adult food was lush but kids couldn't eat all theirs. This was because they had been stuffing themselves earlier with sweets at the Cinema. Claire has a fantastic rapport with kid; she encouraged the kids to eat up and then provided takeaway boxes She showed the kids pictures of mermaids who had visited Frankie and Bennys. Kids were fascinated.
What I really liked about Claire was that she spoke directly to the kids, asking them for their orders individually, explaining individually their options with extras. It was brilliant to see the kids respond as they are quite shy. Claire is an absolute natural with kids, she empowers them and makes them feel at ease. It was just brilliant to see. Will take them back there again for sure.
