Had a lovely pub lunch. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. We dined outside in the little shelter huts, which had electric and USB charging points. They even accommodated our dogs which was fab. The owner and staff were friendly. I would recommend and won't hesitate to visit again if I'm in the area
People couldn't be friendlier, food delicious with a good choice (and price!), comfortable seating (while maintaining distancing) - very customer-orientated. Definitely be back 😃

Been a couple of times & always had very friendly welcome. Service was great & attentive. Food is good quality & presented well. Something for all tastes on the menu. Would definitely recommend to anyone & will be back again.
Attended a Hen Doo in their nice cosy function room. Chris and Sarah could not be more helpful. Chris seeing to all our music and the buffet was brill. Honestly what a lovely couple.. would defo recommend this lovely welcoming bar and restaurant. 10 out of 10.
Fantastic meal with loads of gluten free choices. My cajun crepe was so very delicious🥰 Lovely atmosphere, David our server was so good and kept our Granddaughter happy 😊

Lovely venue, fantastic food and great staff. What a lovely lunch. The owner, Chris, was brilliant - a real gentleman! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Afternoon Tea
We got a takeaway afternoon tea as part of the Mothers Day Special and it was unreal both in terms of value for money and quality of food. I can't wait for the next time I can order it

We had a really nice meal here tonight. Great to see a young couple taking over the place and improving it. Surprisingly nice bathrooms for a gastropub!
