Best F&Bs I've ever been to. All of us had hot, freshly prepared meals served in a timely fashion. Excellent to see this branch still has meal deal options with refillable drinks!
First visit to a Frankie & Benny’s, looking for somewhere to get both vegan and meat options. Dinner was excellent we both really enjoyed it. I had the vegan tortellini which was lovely.
Loss of star due to returning the following morning for breakfast again so we could get a vegan and meat option.

Really friendly staff that found as a loverly table to set. The food was excellent and food came pretty quick. The price wasn't too bad
Nice food, service is pretty good, sometimes a little slow on walking past to check to see if we want drinks during quiet times
Frankie & Benny's are wonderful. The food is always great and the waiting staff are always courteous. We had a birthday celebration on this occasion and the staff were very discrete- it was a complete surprise for the birthday girl! Our food arrived as ordered and very timely. Our waitress was great
Myself and my toddler had a wonderful meal and service. Thanks to the lovely server with blue hair who was great with my little boy and very conscientious going the extra mile to make sure our meal was perfect for us both. I couldn't believe how quickly our food came out so thankyou to the chefs too
Had a good evening and good food. Was rather busy when we arrived for an 8pm booking but wasn't too long to wait. Plenty off friendly staff on duty and prompt service throughout the evening . Drinks a little pricey but the food was definatley value for money. .

Good food and friendly service for a fair price. Only flaw was the rather limited menu, with nothing very different / special on offer- especially for desserts, so unusually, we skipped pud!
Also, why don't more diners offer root beer?
We had a lovely meal here. Great atmosphere, background music and friendly staff. What more could you ask for.
Big breakfast was great however bacon was a bit hard and egg was a little snotty great service too.

When I ask to pay it would be good if they could pay when they bring the bill instead of leaving the bill and walking off to then have to get their attention again..
