Pizza Hut

Normally when you go out, interactions with staff are normal. Here we left so happy and touched by the personal care our servers took to make us feel special and to engage with us. Having not been there for years, we had no idea what to expect. We were not disappointed! The food was excellent, and did not upset our stomachs (my husband and I can react to heavy greasy food). They had amazing pizza texture, flavour and we can away feeling full but not sick full. Light and happy!

We arrived at 11:30am and understandably they said it would become very busy being half term. The man who greeted us was nice. The carrot at the salad bar was sour, so they changed it and said they'd put the "wrong date" out. The pizza was okay. We stood for several minutes at the buffet waiting for replacement pizza and pasta as most trays were empty in the rush. A good experience but nothing at the buffet for considerable time rather than more regular buffet top ups.

Been for both the lunch buffet and a dinner service at this pizza hut now and have been pleasantly surprised. The pizza is piping hot, fresh and loaded with toppings (no skimping!). Plenty of options and although I'm not GF was impressed to see they cater for that too. The buffet was well managed, quickly restocking when running low on each item - and all still at great quality. It's mostly either do it yourself (ordering and paying on your phone, or self serving food) but when you do have contact with staff they're pleasant and polite. The only fault I can bring up is that the ice cream machine got very quickly covered in mess and very sticky (especially the floor and bottles of sauce) during the time we were there for the buffet but I can appreciate its hard to keep on top of when there's a whole bunch of kids using it in a short space of time. Will be back, definitely.

Amazing amazing amazing! Haven't been in a while, the 2 ladies were superb very friendlie, very helpful and were great with my son. My son is a bit of a sod for not eating but he ate a lot! Very happy and we will be back soon. My son recieved a couple stickers for earing really well. Brilliant and made his day. Didnt feel rushed at all, the waitresses checked on us throughout and even including my son in table checked which made him feel all grown up. Was fab! Thank you Char and Albert! We visited between 4 and 5 today The food was also fab! And less than £20 which is just amazing!
