My favourite place for a drink or munch by far. The food and drinks is high quality and the staff are very kind and professional. The environment is perfect with a good relaxing atmosphere.

As I work in town I visit quite frequently as I love Starbucks. These guys always make the drinks just right, always very friendly and welcoming. I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone.
It's a nice coffee shop with good customer service. Prices can vary depending on what you want but they're pumpkin spiced lattes are pretty good.
Bigger and better then the one in Bury St Edmunds. The caramel Ice Frappe I had was very tasty and delicious. The trip I had here has convinced me that Starbucks is better then Costa.
Had warm coffee alot its never hot, and the food is extremely overpriced on the plus side they have free wifi and it's a nice place to go for a chat and peace and quiet.
Large seating area. Virtually empty. Really nice and friendly staff. Decaff mocha and chocolate frappucino were great. Toilets clean as were tables and floor. Relaxing atmosphere.

Staff can sometimes be loud talking to each other similar to what you’d see in a school class or social event, but is a nice place to study and work and nice lighting. The coffee ain’t so bad either :P
