The Wenns Chop & Ale House - King's Lynn - Photo album

We enjoyed a delicious lunch here on a gloomy Friday. The barman's welcome to us and our dogs was warm and cheerful. We sat in a lovely light and airy room with views of the Minster. Lasagne was a large helping with salad. My pork chop with pepper sauce was delicious
Excellent food, fantastic service and incredible location. I cannot fault our visit in any way. If you are a meat lover I throughly recommended the steak, cooked to perfection. Had such a good time that I am looking forward to taking the family back to try the Sunday roast.
Firstly let me say that the food was excellent - especially my pork chop and my wife's Barnsley lamb chop. The portion sizes were good as well. Our waitress who was a girl was very friendly, pleasant and excellent with all customer service. Just ask the young barman to look less perplexed about ever
I went here with family for a Sunday roast....and it was my birthday too. 🎂 😁 The staff were fantastic. Very accommodating. Very friendly. And they sang happy birthday 🎶. I would definitely recommend The Wenns, and will be going there again soon.
Enjoyed the view of Kings Lynn minster, great to find such a pleasing place open on bank holiday Monday. Ciabatta sandwiches and chips pleasingly presented by a helpful front of house person. Waited slightly longer than we may have liked but had a good conversation!
Had an ABSOLUTELY fantastic meal in here never tasted lamb like it,,,DIVINE…complements to the brilliant chef.. And staff were very friendly…. Recommend this place 100%
We stopped in for breakfast. Wife and I had a full English and my 7 year old had the American pancakes. Great service and the food was excellent. Not had such a good breakfast out for a while.
Went to Wenns for food. It's absolutely amazing. For starters, we had Hallumi fries and Chilli Crispy Beef. The Hallumi was well cooked, but the Chilli Crispy Beef was lush, better than from a Chinese restaurant. Mains, we had lamb chop and chips with gravy, 8oz flat iron steak, chips and gravy, and
Fantastic hotel - huge suites, not just rooms. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again!
Yeah 3 really nice pints. A really good place to sit if you like watching some King's lynn dumb dumbs walking by. Brothelopilis gets busy 2. Cracking waffles.
Had a wedding next door so thought we'd meet here for a drink before hand. Lovely selection of ales and beers, even did a sambuca and coke for the other half 🤣
Nice bar next to abbey. Reasonable food. Nice staff.
For a single night stay, the Lucky Suite at The Wenns comes highly recommended, a comfortable set of rooms each very spacious.
Popped in for lunch. Steak sandwich and fish finger sandwich, both excellent. Batter on fish finger so light and crispy, delicious 😋 Service 5 star! Lovely view of Kings Lynn Minster.
Would recommend. Excellent service, friendly staff and good food served quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
We stayed at The Wenns on Easter Sunday. We took our 7 and 2 year olds with us. The apartment was lovely. Spacious and airy. They had a travel cot set up in the bedroom for us, which we weren't expecting at all but very grateful for. Upon arrival the chap helping us and showing us our room was very
