Slow service, the glassware is very worn and scratched, luke warm coffee and given dirty cutlery. When asked for clean, given dirty cutlery again.
Not the best costa I've been in.
Cakes were lovely and fresh. Coffee was beautiful, not bitter. Tables were clear and clean. Staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. Lovely store.

Friendly staff .Sometimes busy ,but they cope very well.Great location.Good range of quick snacks
On this visit we were sat outside and were told the shop was closing because of the toilets backing up. Staff member said this happens often, seems to be ‘tidal related’. Bit concerning if their sewage is going into the estuary??? We had used the toilet prior to them breaking and they were not pleasant!
