Review The Swan At Kingston - Kingston St Mary

Enrico Corradi
Beautiful country pub, staff very friendly, price not the cheapest but they are justified by the quality. I had one of the best risotto on a Sunday lunch that I'll never forget. There's sport entertainment to watch on TV or also a big beer garden. Dogs are welcome and there's a parking space outside. Definitely worth a try

We went to the Swan for their roast yesterday and we were so happy with the huge plates of delicious, home-style food that I had to leave this review. Delightful little village pub, friendly staff, delicious food.

We went for a walk on the Quantocks with our dog and popped in for a roast. We pre booked a few weeks ago and just as well as it was BUSY!! I had the pork and the bf had the mix of 3 meats for an extra £1 and it was honestly the best roast I’ve had in a long while. Perfectly presented and very generous slices of pork, a home made Yorkshire pud and a good selection of vegetables all cooked to perfection. They obviously have very talented chefs back in the kitchen. The service was great, the 2 young girls were very attentive and the young lad was very friendly and observant offering more drinks or more condiments. Of course we had room for puddings - having home made apple crumble and a sticky toffee pudding both with custard. Absolutely delicious!

Served probably the best burger I have ever tasted. Pleasant and welcoming to us and our dogs, would love to visit again when the huge log fire is alight.

Very pleasant country pub. Food was hot and portion size very good. Slightly limited on options, but very appetising. Car park a little on the small side. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic pub serving excellent food and lovely friendly staff. The pub isn't huge, but you get a real sense of community, and the staff go above and beyond.
