Good food. Meat cooked lovely on the carvery, and good portion given for the big carvery plate! Large dining area. The decor looked tired in places, but didn't detract from the food!
Firstly, it is good value for money and food was tasty.
For me....would have liked a little more variety with veg.
The chef...rather than carving the turkey and putting straight on the plate....threw it on the work surface then the plate, didn't look good scrambling around or hygienic !!

Had a really lovely visit tonight for a family members birthday. Booking the table was easy, and the atmosphere on the day was lovely. All the staff was polite and friendly, especially Max who looked after our table. He was extremely polite and came and cleared our table soon after we had finished.
Attended today for the veterans breakfast. Lovely breakfast especially with the defence discount. The staff Mel, Vicky and Courtney were welcoming, attentive and always around if you needed anything. Definitely recommend to anyone.
The food was lovely, Jody was very patient with us when ordering desserts, making sure our food was okay and up to standards. She double checked that we had no allergies, thus asking if we enjoyed our mains. lovely lady.
Wow, Lambwath really have improved their menu, and their food is absolutely spot on. Could not fault any.

I attended the Lambwath in Hull. I have disabilities, however l was served like Royalty by Jody and the team here today. The Gammon was lean, vegetables were hot and not over cooked. In fact the facilities was extremely highly clean, service was excellent and food from Carvery to the Chocolate Brown

Lovely food as always, been going there for the last 10 years! Breakfast is definitely the best breakfast of any other place in Hull.
Really enjoyed the breakfast today. Sausages were tasty as was the bacon and hash browns. The coffee is always really nice. Staff are always welcoming and cheerful. Will definitely come again for a breakfast treat.
Lovely meal, great service, great prices..... been served that last couple of times by Jody who was very intentive , efficient and provided service with a smile :)
It was our first visit and we weren't disappointed. It was very busy when we arrived, but we booked ahead so it was not a problem. The carvery was really nice and we also ordered from the menu. Great service and lovely food - couldn't ask for more.
I go their quite often because the food, atmosphere and service is always excellent. Nothing is to much trouble, the staff are happy to help, I'm one of those customers who likes my food piping hot,you only have to ask them to pop it in the microwave,there always happy to oblige,but my dad likes

Went last week food was good staff friendly and helpful. But have to mention 2 members of staff that stood out massively. Jody was lovely couldn't help us enough. Visited tonight 17th October; Food wasn't the best we've had from here- no taste to any of the food. No custard which upset one of our party due to her been autistic so doesn't understand why things are not available.
Jody the staff member worked so hard to keep customers happy & sort issues out.
Jody was so helpful kind and considerate. Great with my son. Always had a smile on her face
