An extra thank you to our server Jody for her attentive service, patience and friendly support making sure my grandma felt comfortable and happy during our visit. Even on a busy Sunday, nothing was too much trouble and really made our stay stress-free and a good atmosphere - left us leaving with nothing but smiles and plans to come back here again xx

We both had a carvery which was nice but some parts were cold and no gravy available.
We were served by Charlie who greeted us in a friendly mannar and recommended what food was nice for us.
We were also served by jody who took our dessert order, she gave us plenty of time to decide on what we wanted and then came back when we were ready.

Good food. Meat cooked lovely on the carvery, and good portion given for the big carvery plate! Large dining area. The decor looked tired in places, but didn't detract from the food!

Love eating this time of evening its nice and quiet the carvery is still lovely and fresh, friendly and polite staff. Late eve there is always ample parking. . The staff always ask about food restrictions

Called in for dinner other day as always been happy with what I’ve had but think they forgot about my order, not the fault of the girls serving us I may add. Anyway I received a full refund and I was given it to take home as it was ready soon after I said I’d leave it. Just want to say though Fiona who dealt with it was amazing and her customer service was great and the food was lovely ☺️

Absolutely lovley atmosphere , classic feel good music playing quietly as we enjoyed delicious food bit what really stood out was the exceptional service Ruth went out her way to help me get an extra plate for our toast and carried it over as I struggled handling my under one she was very busy but took the time to help with a smile on her face she is always so pleasant and friendly when we come in. Also other staff working where polite and helpful

Waitress Jody was fantastic. The table had no number so rather than see us struggle, she was attentive enough to realise this and took our order at the till point. Usually have to wait a while for the carvery ticket but this was available immediately. Drinks promptly came quickly. Jody was fantastic throughout, having a joke with us and hoping we had a great meal. Upon finishing the meal Jody asked how the food was and asked if anything else was required. A credit to the business and a fantastic member of staff. Easiest 10/10 I could ever give.

First time back in Hull to see family in over a year.
Fancied a Carvery because there are no carvery venues where we live in Cambridge.
We came as a party of 11 and had a great time.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food as always at Lambwath is great value for money.
It may be another year until we come back to Hull but Lambwath will be the venue of choice for a family meal.

Clean and tidy venue, value for money. Ordered through the app as advised, the two carveries went through they system bit the menu item was lost.
When I raised it Jody was very apologetic and sorted it out and gave me a free drink as an apology.
She didn't stop the whole time we were there, cleaning, tidying, serving and talking to customers.

Went to Lambworth on Sunday, 3rd December, with the family, my mum, grandma, and sister
We all ordered the festival 3 course meal which was decent
I had tomato soup with bread, which was really good, The service was good from our waitre lovely lady, Bar tenders seemed inexperienced when making our cocktails
As for the main course, the Carvery is a bit stingy on meat, but for price, I enjoyed what we had and would recommend it for pudding went for Chocolate fudge cake with cream but it really should of had ice cream with it

However due to unfortunate circumstances the meal was ruined. I wanted a refund before I even started it. A gentleman sitting in the bar seems to have the worst smell I’ve ever encountered after asking what the smell was the staff explain and they have tried their best to cover the smell regularly with air freshers but unfortunately it masks it

We have eaten at Lambwath a lot in the last year & we opt for the carvery every time. It never disappoints & is great value for money - even more so when you get offers via Stonehouse. My daughter gets the fish & chips & enjoys it every time - says it's the best she's had in a restaurant for a while. My partner & I have also had breakfast one day & really enjoyed it - perfect for setting you up for a busy day away. We'll be back & have recommended to others too.

Went in this morning for breakfast it was very busy and there was a long queue of at least 25 people, the queue was very slow moving and when I eventually got to the front I could see why .
No beans no tomatoes no sausage, people waiting ages for the counter to be topped up , despite been obviously busy the staff member only brought out 6 eggs at a time .. you continue to take people's money to eat despite no food been available on the counter resulting it people waiting and frustrated in the long queue .. all I managed to get was one egg, bacon and a hash brown.and there was no chance of going back due to the increasing queue
Missable staff who have no customer service skills and dirty tables
It's unfair to take people's money if you can not provide the food

Just had our tea with the three boys was delish the staff are always kind friendly and welcoming... Must say tho always find the food to be better when it's busy or when it's breakfast in the morning. Julie who works on the bar always seems like such a lovely lady..
If we have ever on a problem the staff always make it right x

The food was shocking tonight the fresh gravey they brought out was lumpy so we had to wait 10 minutes for more, then our meals went cold and needed fresh meals. The mash was raw not cooked probably. The sausages where burnt. I was put off by eating my meal. Fair few people complained tonight and we got refunds. The staff on the floor dealt with it really well I felt sorry for them. Because the chefs should of come out as it was there faults. It's a basic meal how can you go wrong. Well I won't be rushing back

Went in for our dinner today and sat near the window in carvery room . Went up for our food and when we got to the end there was no gravy in either bowl stood waiting no one came no staff about so had to ask the lad carving to sort it out. When we sat down to eat our meal we were hassled by flies all the way through. The food was bland didn't enjoy it at all

Service at bar on arrival very slow only one guy serving an very miserable think he forgot how to smile .found a table an headed to get some breakfast again staff very slow to replace empty food so stood waiting for at least 10 mins luckily when we were there it wasn't very busy although while stood waiting for food a big queue did form behind us food when we eventually got it was very good but sorry lambwath you need more staff and need to train them to smile

Had a brilliant breakfast � as always good service, think some people think when trays run empty they should be filled within seconds the staff are very polite and fill as soon as I've never had to wait long so no complaints on our side, thanks to the staff your doing a great job �
