came for dinner last week with my mum, I had the vegan spaghetti bolognese which was delicious. Food came out very quickly and lovely service from our waiter Will.

Food was good, but service wasn't quick. Despite the fact that it wasn't busy at all, I be been waiting with willing to pay for over 20 minutes. I thought to get up myself and pay in the bar...
Beside that staff was welcoming.

Fantastic staff and service, catered for GF and the kids menu was £6.95 for three courses and the pizza was very generous. All of our meals was really tasty, the pasta dish needed a lot more sauce as my mum started adding mayonnaise but all in all we will definitely go back.

Great food again, in an empty restaurant.. should have been peaceful until more people came in, sat us all together .( Not on same table). When we could have had our own spaces.. we left.

I’ve been a long-standing customer of Prezzo for a few years, but today, their staff displayed the most outstanding level of care I’ve seen from a team.
After the sudden loss of consciousness and collapse from my wife, the team scrambled to help immediately - We could not be any more grateful for the calm, prompt and compassionate reaction from them.
Prior to this, as usual, the food was also amazing.
I hope the team read this and understand just how grateful we are. Specifically to the lady who tended my wife with the ice and constant checking up, we extend our thanks much further.

Lovely meal, had chicken and mushrooms in masala wine (with spinach), then the gorgeous tiramisu

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Hull. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Stuff are also great and always efficient, happy and polite, Agata was great. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Hull

Visited with friends for an evening get together. Swift and friendly service. Ordering in stages as our decision-making skills permitted. The cocktails are well worth a try and all of the food is delicious. The lasagne is a particular favourite.

I have a blue light card but was informed after our meal that I couldn't use it as it was mother's day I feel that it should have been stated before hand.

My husband and I came in on the 7/6/22 .We had received a smartbox 3 course meal for 2 by our son and daughter in law 2 years ago. Unfortunately with covid and my illness the voucher had expired.. My husband rang up and spoke to the manager who was very obliging. She said to still come in and they would honour it.We did and throughly enjoy the food...The pasta and pizza are amazing..We were so full we brought our dessert honeycombe cheesecake home with us...We would like to say a big thank you to you all...and of course we will be back.

Came here for our 1st year anniversary. Was excited, until the starter came and the calamari batter was overly greasy and disgusting, but just ate half of it, the misses crab cakes where spot on tho, and so was her sea bass for main! My king prawn risotto came and at this point I understood why they gave me a spoon! It was a bowl that look like it was full of soup, way to much sauce and little rice, and that was way over cooked, also only 2 king prawns!!!!!!! I sent this back and asked for it to be cooked fresh with more rice or less sauce which they did, and came with 5 king prawns the second time, they state saffron is used, but yet both where extremely pale and cream coloured, not a vibrant yellow! So unsure where the saffron went? Finally got to desert! Didn't think this could be messed up, cheese cake and a pannacotta, but yeah, both served on dirty plates with old food marks and noticeable finger print marks. Yes we where picky at this point but we have every right to be after this meal. Staff weren't even amazing, could crack a smile and hardly spoke English. But they did there job Will not be coming back and I recommend you try somewhere else with their prices......

Food average, service poor, attempted to overcharge us and argued with us when it was pointed out. We came here to redeem our buyagift voucher which was a Christmas gift off family. We took our children with us so also purchased 2 children's meals. We were showed to our table and left to peruse the menu. Five minutes later our drinks order was taken. We ordered 1 of the 2 glasses of wine included with our 3 course meal ( the second to be had later ) followed by a sprite and coke for an extra £1 to go with the kid's meals and a jug of water for the table. My husband was driving so he drank the coke as our youngest only drinks water. The food was average and the time between courses was way too long. Nobody asked us if everything was ok. Nobody asked if we wanted more drinks. We couldn't make eye contact with any of the staff when we wanted anything. To top it off they tried to charge us for an extra glass of wine and a full price coke. When we explained the coke was with the children's meal they argued that my husband drank it so it was full price. I said no, it was ordered as the kids meal. Their excuse for the wine was that I had 2 glasses and one of those should have been my husband's so I got charged for a third.....absolute bonkers!!! Will not return..... Zizzi's is by far the best so will go there in future.

Been on many occasions and it's never let me down, totally worth the drive from Grimsby as it's the best Italian in the area, great food & great staff highly recommend !

Arrived 10mins before our booking time (7.30pm), 9 of us to celebrate a 70th birthday, half the party had to stand outside whilst we waited to be seated. Eventually took drinks order and then we had to wait 30mins for them to arrive (8pm), which only did because Dad complained. Ice had already melted half inch in the glasses, which implies they had been stood waiting to be brought to the table.
They still hadn't taken our order for food, because we had an event to go to later we asked how long this was going to take, only having an hour left. We were told 30mins for starters and a bit longer for main course, as there would be no where else to go we stayed and ordered.
Starters of Mozzarella sticks were actually triangles (4 of them), but that was probably a good thing as I don't think we'd have got many for our money. Parents ordered baked mushrooms as their starter, these came as 6 small mushrooms the size of a 50p (£6.19 which means £1 a mushroom, disgusting price)
Main course of Crispy Crab & Citrus Salad which was tasty, but only 6 crab bites with a dish full of salad, £11.29. Hubby ordered Spaghetti Carbonara which was incredibly salty, he could only eat half of it before it was too much.
Then when the bill arrived (which considering we had only one drink and food for 9 it came to £200) they had automatically added £20 service tip to the bill. We deducted that immediately and paid the rest between us.
The waitress that served us did go and check on timings for us, but when my hubby had a quiet word with her to explain this was a very special birthday she told him that they are instructed to deal with small tables first, so interpretation, our party of 9 was too much for them.
Will we go again, NEVER. Its unfair to spoil such a milestone birthday with poor service, delayed drink/food arrivals, insufficient food and hiked up prices. We'd never been before and assumed this was a class A special place. It isn't.
Oh and if you are disabled, don't bother. Hubby barely got his wheelchair in and there was no disabled toilet (if there was it definitely is hidden in some strange corner and not signed)
Prezzo owners you should be ashamed of yourselves. 2 or 22 it doesn't matter how many people visit, they all want first class service, drinks within 10mins of arrival, food on time and decent portions (or adjust the price). I will tell anyone I know to not go to Prezzo!!!!

Went in just after lunchtime so not very busy. Shown to a table. No cutlery, no glasses. Ok thought might be catching up from a busy lunch. About 6 tables in all eating. Ordered garlic bread came out nice and hot. Thought I’d try the Roast Belly Pork A’s by myself and quiet. What a mistake it was soggy on top and when I started to eat it, it was freezing cold like it had been microwaved for one minute and flashed under the grill. Absolutely shite to say the chef was only cooking for me at the time. Chef!!!!!!
Sorry but won’t be returning in a hurry. Not good enough for a large chain. Manager apologised and offered to have another one done but to late after having a mouthful of cold pork with a warm sauce. The hottest part of the lunch was the side dish of veg.
Next time I’ll be checking the reviews before dinning.
Sorry Prezzo but no thanks again

I was not impressed didn't bring starter as it sed on the menu with garlic bread apparently was an error on the menu!!!! Well get the error amended! And spaghetti was very dry and only had about 5 prawns in it!!

It's was a lovely atmosphere I went in there this evening with a couple of friends and my friend ordered the steak and salad and she was very disappointed when it arrived as it was just shredded steak so she didn't eat it the waitress kept forgetting what we'd asked for so we had to ask numourous times poor customer service and I thought it was a bit expensive for a coke at £3.60!

Had a very disappointing experience. We went with friends so there was four of us with only one other table occupied when we arrived. They served drinks quickly but waited ages before they came to take the food order, the staff seemed to be chatting. 3 starters and 4 mains. The starters arrived and looked ok. When the main s arrived mine was wrong, whilst I do quite like Carbonara if I’d wanted it I would have ordered it. So, had my main after everyone else. Then ordered 4 sweets, 2 arrived with the other 2, 4-5 minutes later. The food is overpriced, not what I would consider to be good value and the service was appalling. There is absolutely no way I will go back.
