Bin placement spoiled my visit today, using the only available Disabled spot, access was very difficult for my wife, surely there must be a better location.
I mentioned it to a colleague who was reporting it to the manager.
I do hope they were relocated!

Drive-through queue was massive, so I parked up in a parent and child space and took the children inside to place my order. No real issues and the food was pretty much what you would expect.

Food could have been warmer, table service was great a nice smiley young man. Very noisy with children shouting and screaming

First time in there after the refurbishment the food was hot and the service was good still not the same as in Europe

The food and the service was good but what's disturbing is seeing a member of staff coming out of a toilet cubicle and NOT washing her hands. She works with food. Quite disturbing and management needs to remind all staff about health and safety which obviously includes hygiene.
