Amber the server always makes us smile and recommends amazing drinks and we have now came back every week for 4 months now it’s an addiction

Last time I came they were using one use paper cups for everyone. Today it was very busy with every table taken and every cup except two were washable environmentally friendly ones. Clearly not just me that prefers drinking from a proper cup. Well done the fab staff and whoever finally fixed the dishwasher.

Very warm welcoming staff. Had one of the staff members called Amber take the time to sit with me and help me out and explaining how my loyalty card worked and it also working on the app, which she didn't have to do but did when said I didn't know what I was doing.
There all lovley in here staff wise as I started coming in more often now while waiting for my bus home. Thank you Amber for helping me 😀

Always really great in here. Staff are friendly and fast, i was served by a young man today who was absolutely wonderful and didn't even waver considering he seemed to be on his own. I never wait long for a drink which is incredible considering how busy it gets in here. Other Starbucks in the city could learn a lesson from them

Me & my family was served by Amber. Amber really was bubbly and lovely person who gave excellent customer service. Not only was Amber on her own with quite a few customers, she remained calm, gave off a happy mood and made our drinks in no time. Keep being you Amber- absolute asset to your team! ☺️

I had questions about the dairy content of the mocha, and Amber pulled up the ingredients on her iPad, reassured me she was here to answer any questions and was generally a complete delight. Professional, friendly and efficient. Plus the oat milk mocha she made was lush! Thank you for a great visit
