If we have a takeaway, we always use Mayflower as we enjoy there food.
I was a little bit disappointed today as we ordered beef tomato and when we opened it. The dish was chicken tomato, although the number of the menu written on the receipt was for beef. Never had any problems before 😕
The mayflower Chinese is my go-to Chinese takeaway. The food in my opinion is of a high standard and better than some of the other local Chinese takeaways. I have sometimes used the delivery service and the food has always arrived in the time stated and always been exactly as ordered.
Food is amazing, the king prawns are to die for! Beautiful white flesh with no grit. No shrimps here. Also main meal dishes include chips or rice, making it very good value. Delivery has improved, was very quick.

Ordered my usual which I get from another supplier 😁 anyway the hot and sour soup was well worth the total as it was a main in itself. Great tasting quisine and all the veg are crispy fresh. Went down too quickly for a pic.. 👌
Good food, great value, and helpful staff. The Sweet and Sour Sauce from here is the best I've ever had, and I can't recommended it enough. The chefs are happy to minorly alter dishes for you, and they deliver consistently good food quickly.

Well worth a visit. Placed an order to be delivered at a specific time as a treat for family. The order came precisely on time, Very hot and extremely tasty. The portion sizes were very ample and the chips were "proper chips" not fries.

1st time I have ordered from hear the chips were great the curry sauce the best the chicken fried rice was good apart from the chicken was very dry and hard so we left if prawn crackers were the best we have ever tasted I'll certainty order from hear again.
