Debenhams - Kingston-upon-Hull - Photo album

Went on 23rd of December expecting absolute bedlam but it was a really pleasant shopping experience, and the staff was very helpful in assisting me to find the perfume I wanted.
Nice and helpful staff. Would be improved slightly if they had a few more on the floor assistants. When I chose my shoe had to inconvenience others were waiting to pay whilst the assistant/cashier helped me get the size I needed. However, she did address those waiting asking for their patience.
Huge store with everything you may want. Friendly staff and great service. Only reason I rate 4 stars is because the doors on the upper levels next to the lifts are not automatic. Makes its quite difficult for wheelchairs/prams to get through after exciting the lift.
Hope someone comes in to save this place. From being a kid and being taken here with my parents the staff have made this store. Even this weekend with the sad news they are going to be shutting the staff all had huge smiles in their faces and were more than happy to assist every single person that w
Fab clean & tidy debenhans store. If you men can't find a shirt in here, there's something wrong with you!! X
This is my favourite department store in hull. The selection on any department is great. I can spend literally hours shopping here. Christmas shopping is so much easier because everything is under the same roof. With the 20 & 30% off a lot of items I've saved a good few ££ . There could be more sta
I don't usually but collected a click and collect item today due not no stock in store. Great service. Member of staff was really pleasant and chatty. Collected today approximately 12 noon if that helps to identify female member of staff.
Me and my mum used the click and collect option today in the Hull branch as item was not in store. We were helped by a lovely shop assistant named Lynne on the bedding department. She was very helpful and such a pleasant person and made ordering the item so easy and simple to do. Would just like to
This site had a great feel. Feels like a department store from the 1950's, with a level of opulence not seen often in new construction. Well laid out. Good men's section. Bar a small flight of steps at one entrance, this store is pram friendly.
Always love debenhams, they have some great departments. Sadly, the store looks a little run down these days though. The staff are always pleasant, and I love that you can shop for different items in one place...me and the better half included. You can even stop for lunch if you wish!
A one stop shop for fashion lots of concessions within the store such as Wallis and Dorothy Perkins, a nice cafe. Staff throughout the store are helpful and if asked will give an honest opinion or will offer advice. I've shopped there for many years. While some things are a bit pricey there are alwa
I like Debenhams a lot. It feels like a store that's always on the edge of closing down which is such a shame, when department stores are gone they are gone. So go shop in them, particularly this one! This one in Leeds has friendly staff, a lovely coffee shop with good views for Leeds and a huge ran
This store has products, conversations and coffee. It has prices that are competitive. It has staff that say hello and smile. It will not be there for much longer if you choose to sit at home and buy from Internet giants that pay nothing, or next to nothing in UK taxes. Pay a visit, enjoy the experi
Debenhams staff were excellent, one offering to carry a suitcase down an elevator for us when we was struggling with two of them and a basket. Excellent work all round. Wish i had the womans name to thank her in person.
Went to see what the make up department was like. I met a lady called Toni who works at the lancome counter she couldn't have been more courteous and professional. Because of her I left feeling like a million dollars. Will definitely be returning to the store .
