Ok, place to eat. Can be expensive, not very clean sitting areas. Had to ask staff to clean out the table as it was very sticky

Had a strange experience regarding a deliveroo order from here that never turned up. A member of staff was apologetic and very helpful dealing with it as best she could. We ended up going in for a pick up order instead after much messing about.
I know the delivery isn't really part KFC itself, but this member of staff was really helpful, unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she needs some recognition that the service we received was great and a positive experience overall, thank you staff member at KFC.
