Only time I really bother about a McDonald's is if I'm out on the town for a drink.... I don't particularly like the food but it fills a hole. Staff were good and friendly tables were being cleaned regularly. There was an argument going on but I wasn't close enough to hear what it was about but was shocked security staff didn't step in to nip it in the bud.
It was really busy when me and my friend went to this restaurant, however the customer care leader handled the situation really well by organizing the area so customers were not in the way! She was very patient and also helped me fix my order when the app went wrong, which came in due time for a packed period. The Chilli Crispy Wrap, French Fries and Fanta Orange were delicious and the restaurant featured beautiful patterns, accompanying the cleanliness!

Nip in here after work and I always have a great experience here, the food usually comes quick and the staff are lovely, my favourite branch to visit in hull

It's very great and good food overall but to be honest the bottom floor gets packed really easily and it's only a small area so I would love it if you considered placing a lift in the building for disabled people and people with pushchairs.thankyou π
Never had the bacon cheesy flatbread. Was delicious. Staff was nice.
For the amount of absolutely horrible anti-social behaviour that happens inside and outside of here I have to give my props for the staff for being able to put up with people like that, for how packed it always it's honestly magic that they get your order to you, perfectly too.

Just had a coffee y teenagers in there shouting and being clever but security guard sorted them out coffee was lovely
It is a McDonald's, so that's what you're gonna get. But we arrived quite late, got food quickly and it was hot and tasty. The chap calling out orders was friendly and funny.
Great place to have a coffee β while the grandkids kids munch there happy meal
