There was no wait and the atmosphere was calm and friendly. The staff seemed to have at least a basic knowledge of Autism and other disabilities. They asked where we wanted to sit and helped me pick an suitable table.

Usually good quality fish and chips, although have once received what looked and tasted like warmed up chips from the night before. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Did receive an upgrade on my dessert though. Still use the establishment and will continue to do so.
We had our daughter's birthday party here this weekend and she had a fab time (we did the same last year, too!). The soft play is a good size for a party and the children's menu food portions are really good! Even managed to sneak some of her leftovers 😂

Very impressed! We bought 2 large fish, 3 medium fish, 2 patties and one chips for £29 shared between 5 adults. Batter was light and crispy. Fish was fresh and big; they couldn't fit in a box as they were too long. Patties weren't too overpowering with herbs and the chips were a big portion.

Visited the kingswood branch today with the children. Lovely and clean restaurant and soft play. Staff really friendly. Great meal out for families. Steve and Ellie lovely service and welcoming will definitely be back again soon.
