Just had the most fabulous lunch. The meal was the best we have ever had with fabulous mouth-watering dishes. Indian at its finest. Atmosphere and decor impeccable and the staff a delight. Everyone should try it and see what we mean. We will be back soon. Many thanks

A quality of Indian food and dining I’ve rarely experienced outside of London. The plush décor adds to the overall experience and the food is simply incredible. Staff are attentive and friendly. It’s fantastic to have a restaurant of this quality in our area.

The refurbished restaurant is wonderful, just what North Ferriby has been crying out for. The menu offers some less well known Indian dishes. If you love Indian food and want to try both traditional new flavour combinations, we can highly recommend Ruthvika.

We had a fantastic lunch! The venue is gorgeous and the staff very welcoming. The food was just delicious. Menu options and portion sizes spot on. I can't wait to try more of the options on the cocktail menu too. We had someone with a food allergy in our party, and the staff were great in terms of going through options in the menu and providing alternatives. It is so good to have a high quality restaurant in our village. We will be back for more!

What a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a basic Indian menu, you won’t find it here. The fusion of spices was absolutely perfect and the choice of dishes varied and interesting. The service was excellent, even at this very early stage in trading and the manager took incredible care looking after my mum who has a dairy allergy. He simply couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was SO fresh and the portion sizes perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such a special evening for me and my parents.

We had a lovely meal last night. Food was superb, extremely tasty and beautifully presented. Excellent service from all staff, we were a party of 6, nothing was too much trouble. We all highly recommend. Well done team Ruthvika, and thank you.

This restaurant has recently opened in ferriby as of the time of writing this review. The service was slow, we arrived 19:15, ordered food at 19:45, four of the mains arrived at 21:15, the other two arrived about 5 minutes later! Even requests such as tap water took longer than expected to arrive. The menu was rather lacking in detail for those not very well versed in Indian cuisine, especially with no indication of the heat level of each dish! (Very tricky for older generations!) There was however a pretty good variety of different meat and fish dishes, as well as veggie options. The restaurant manager said that all the staff were newly hired so things are taking a little bit of ironing out, teething issues I guess, with it being only recently opened, but all the staff were polite and seemed pretty professional. The food itself was very tasty though, so I would maybe go again but perhaps not for a few months. More on the expensive side for Indians, but it would probably have been worth it if the service was quicker. Rice portions are small! As are the naans.
