Dined here for a late lunch/early dinner. The restaurant was relatively empty; only three other tables there when we arrived.
We ordered approximately five hot dishes and drinks on the app, and took some sushi from the belt. After waiting over 20 minutes for the hot food, I asked a waiter how long it might be. We didn’t really want to eat the sushi and sashimi and not have the hot foods to go with it.
A further 15 minutes passed - still no hot food. I queried again and this time requested they be taken off the bill as a goodwill gesture due to the time elapsed. He tried to barter with me and only take off one, to which I said that wouldn’t be good enough, and he removed everything that hadn’t arrived at the table.
Overall the food was very good, and we actually were able to try some different (Korean) dishes that are not available at other branches. Had the service been quicker, this would have been a 5* review.

The food that I had was good in general, but nothing special. Pink mochi on the other hand was great.
I was told that the korean fried chicken is delicous - I havent tried it, but apparently it is worth trying.
We were waiting for a really long time for the waiter to finally notice us and come to us to get the order, but maybe it was just a busy time.
Overall worth visiting.

Had a great lunch at the YO! Sushi Kingston branch yesterday.
Food came promptly and everything tasted delicious.
It was a tad busy, however the staff did their utmost best to ensure customers enjoyed their meal.

I'm not a huge lover of Sushi, just came because my girlfriend enjoys it. Had some Japanese fried chicken which was amazing, as well as the crunchy california and spicy chicken katsu sushi rolls which were both pretty good.

Really nice unique easy service.
30/7 - went again. Food menu has expanded and there was alot more choice. Was really easy to order food on the app and food was served straight to me. I didnt like the fact that all meals didn't come at the same time but expected it was fine. Service was good but couldn't have been a bit more attentive rather than me having to get up and ask for bill otherwise really nice staff and nice food.

Was busy, however no need to wait for a seat. Ordering is quick and easy by the QR code. Food and drink started arriving within a few minutes. Staff were nice and food excellent.

Delicious food but their prices mainly for the sushi have gone sky rocket. Used to be £2-4 per plate when picking them off the conveyor. Now you have to order them on the scanned QR code for what you want and they arrive where you sit on the belt. Salmon Ponzu was £6 per plate, Nigiri is £5 per plate..

The restaurant was busy, but the drinks and food appeared quite quickly. The belt was in full operation, so we also picked items that caught our attention.

When you feel blue then eat blue at yo sushi.
Every Monday all plates off the belt are 3£ which is still not cheap but cheaper than normal.
Sushi rolls are nice but fairly small potions.
Missed 1 star because no tuna dishes on the blue Monday menu!

The sushis is average ,it's mass production at it's finest all in it's a regular lunch visit rather than a experience to enjoy , it's good for the price but it's a bit complicated for people unfamiliar with the process of ordering.

Service is a tad slow. A couple of staff just plain simply ignore you. Visited on the Blue Monday. Food is good and on Monday good value for money. Tried the Furikake Fries for the first time, they were good. <br/>We ate Gyoza, Dynamite roll, Chicken roll, Ebi roll, Dragon roll and California roll.

Good food but overpriced for small dishes. I like January blues where everything is cheaper which is good. The conveyor belt is handy too and that you can order what you want as well. Great quality food but I want more for the price

I generally like Yo! Sushi as it is convenient fash food chain whenever I go. A trip to the Kingston branch to my surprise was rather disappointing. Firstly, this branch is too cramped and it doesn't allow one to move to your seating area comfortably. Secondly, the food isn't up to scratch with other Yo! Sushi especially in london. There isn't any finesse or attention to detail in their food. A lady next to me complained about her hoi sin duck bun was cold rather than steaming hot. Not a good sign! My few dishes: a couple of crispy fish skin sushi rolls & some salads & their signature dish Dragon sushi rolls were passable to say the least. Thirdly, the service was pretty atrocious as I saw a couple of staff running around like headless chickens! I pressed the help button to get their attention because I wanted to pay....waited for 10mins to no prevail. Finally, I got a manager's attention to ask for the bill before he got one of his colleague who was just standing there aimlessly in the background. I understand the place can get busy but it seem very chaotic and a lack of leadership for the management team. I will try and avoid this branch again.

I am fan of yo sushi in general, I don't even eat fish, but they have a great selection of other delicacy's you can try.<br/><br/>I have been 3 times to this branch in Kingston and 3 times have been disappointed by service alone. but the food as always is great. <br/><br/>The points regarding service is that you ask for things like, more green tea and or even to order things and the staff just don't come back to you in a timely manner. IT was definitely busy, but there is also from looking around allot of staff.<br/><br/>the food is on par with other Yo sushi's in general.
