Convenient location within Bentalls department store inside the Bentalls shopping center, food quality was fine , service was excellent, some of the stuff on the menu was not available , but in general it was fine .
Fantastic food, my friend and I each had a three course meal and neither of us could find fault. The calamari is a favourite of mine. The waitress serving us was friendly and able to give recommendations on desserts when asked. I would highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

I came in with my Family in Sunday , i was amazed by the staff how eficient end wuick they serve us and Very atent on the detail like bringing us everything needet for our little girl . Want to specify as Albion its one of a kind .

Excellent meal. First time in Carluccio's for a long while so prices have risen, but reasonably so. Very good service. Makes going shopping in Kingston worthwhile.

Especially loved the customer service as I am Muslim and didnt need to explain my self regarding anything. My family also loved it and I would highly recommend this place!
