Hawkers Bar And Brasserie - Kingston upon Thames - Photo album

I am eating in this restaurant since it opened few years ago. Overall I would highly recommend. Food is good quality and priced well like for Doubletree restaurant and the area of Kingston upon Thames. There is plenty of restaurants in the area ... I think that this one is worth trying, definitely c
Had a great afternoon tea herewith with my grandmother. We got a great deal with Groupon and will definitely be coming back. The gluten and milk free selection was also excellent. Very well thought out and simple. The staff where very friendly and there is a car work opposite
Good but could do a little better. Everyone was polite and friendly and the food was amazing. My steak was well cooked, and full of flavour. I definitely enjoyed eating it. It just felt a little cold and unwelcoming in the restaurant itself. No-one really checked in on you unless you managed to gra
We visited there after a long walk by the river, this is a great place to catch up with friends if you prefer a quieter environment in the afternoon. The club sandwich and pizza we had was very nice.
We had lunch here on a Monday. The food and service were excellent, and the restaurant modern. We would recommend it. Our starters were good, then for main I had the "dirty burger" (cheese and bacon burger) and my wife had the chicken breast, both excellent. The waitress found out it was my birthday
The environment is modern, clean and pleasant. The staff are attentive and very friendly. I had a veggie brunch consisting of poached eggs, potatoes, mashed avocado, fried mushrooms and asparagus served with white bread. The bread was a bit bland but the rest of the food was fresh and well prepared.
Not great value for money on the Coronation chicken sandwich...poor on quantity, given the pork gyros were fantastic....great service and location however
Beautiful bar/lounge setting for an intimate drink or dinner. I loved my time here and will certainly be coming back πŸΈπŸΉπŸ°πŸ’•β€οΈπŸ˜‹
Really great location, made me forget I was in London and have me that business trip feel. The receptionist, bar staff and hotel manager Sam were really friendly and helpful and went the extra mile for exceptional service. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning for food
Had the loveliest evening here for our Valentines Day meal. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The extra touch of the piano player made it feel really special. Will definitely be returning soon!
This restaurant was very quiet on our arrival (approx 7.30pm) but more guests did show up as the evening progressed. Being so big, it did lack a bit of atmosphere. My wild mushrooms on toasted brioche was delicious but my husband was less impressed by his asparagus soup. I followed with blackened
Great staff and unusual cocktails to enjoy! Unfortunately I wasn't really impressed with their brunch but others I was dining with really enjoyed their lunch meals. It was really the drinks that stole the show and we returned several times throughout our trip to try different coctails and re-order s
This bar and restaurant located inside the Double Tree Hotel. Bar is quite. Serves ginger foods. Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Conveniently located inside the hotel.
Fabulous Afternoon Tea Just had a wonderful vegetarian afternoon tea at the Hawkers Bar and Brasserie. Christina looked after us from the moment we walked in - great service. The sandwiches and quiche were delicious and the cakes and scone were lip smacking yummy. Complements to the chef. The atmosp
Food was beautifully prepared and presented but service was slow. The restaurant was less than half full but we waited a long time for food. Staff were polite, attentive and kept us supplied with drinks, menus etc. This place has a relaxed vibe despite its proximity to central Kingston.
