Had dinner on a Wednesday evening, table booked for 17:45, Eat out to help out promo was on so it was rather busy. Initially we were put on a table tucked away in the corner, and it felt a little as if we were being forgotten, drinks order was not taken for 10 minutes and we then had to wait a further 5 for them to arrive. Food order was placed and it did take a while for our sides to arrive. We requested to move to a different table and we were taken to a more prominent place in the restaurant, this seemed to help. From then on the service was more regular. The food was excellent, and there was plenty of it, but it being very busy, there was a little waiting going on. All in all a good night, I will go back again, hopefully on a quieter occasion when I am sure that the service will be greatly improved.

Nice friendly staff, salad bar was a bit lame but the bbq was excellent. However feel like once you've had a round of all the meat on offer you start noticing things slowing down in terms of them coming to your table with meat. After a round of offerings though, most people will be struggling to eat anymore, just wanted another bit of the garlic beef, excellent...

Definitely a must for a meat lover. Staff were very friendly and helpful, service for the meat slow at that times but we did go very late so I wont hold that against them, id recommend going when busy. Quality of the meat was great, always straight of the fire. Not something that bothers me but the salad bar selection was quite small. All round very nice, highly recommend.

Loved it, the food is amazing. Start off at the buffet filling your plate with salad, veg etc then the best bit comes. The meat, it’s delicious, so juicy, full of flavour & so much of it. Nicely presented in front of you, carved from the skewers. You are given a card, green when you want more & red when you want them to stop bringing the meat. We really liked it, service was good & the staff were friendly. We will be definitely be going back.
