I came in for a genius bar appointment. It was a Saturday so heaving, which makes navigating your way to the back of the store a bit of a challenge. But once there, I was checked in quickly, and seen pretty soon after. The person helping me was lovely, friendly, chatty and did everything they could to help. When it was bad news, they delivered it well and made me feel alright about it - showed me my options in terms of replacements, but didn’t put any pressure on me to make an purchases. Overall pretty good experience.

I came in for an appointment with Jack at the Genius Bar because my MacBook Pro had died and wasn’t turning back on. He was really knowledgable and friendly and tried out a bunch of things which eventually worked, and my laptop is now working again, and I didn’t have to pay anything. It was a great service which I’d definitely recommend. Thank you!

I have only been to this Apple store a couple of times, and visited again today... but each time I have been amazed and impressed at how professional and knowledgeable every one is, the genius bar really does have a genius look after you and no matter how small or simple the problem is you feel that you have been cared for in such an amazing way.... for a monster company you provide an incredibly personal service. thankyou

My second time to visit. Good waiting systems with good staff. 🌟a staff immediately approached to put us in queue system 🌟different staff spotted us with kids and offered and booked on site course 🌟while staff was booking us so she also checked our turn and send pre reminder to sales staff & they served us on time. 🌟sales girl have clear and honest advise. Good store.

Just wanted to give a little shout out to Rami and Alex for helping me fix a technical issue with my mac yesterday. I came in quite frantically and was unable to get an appointment that day but they took the time to help me fix it themselves. I was able to make an important deadline on time. Thank you so much! 10/10 service!
