I came in for a genius bar appointment. It was a Saturday so heaving, which makes navigating your way to the back of the store a bit of a challenge. But once there, I was checked in quickly, and seen pretty soon after. The person helping me was lovely, friendly, chatty and did everything they could to help. When it was bad news, they delivered it well and made me feel alright about it - showed me my options in terms of replacements, but didn’t put any pressure on me to make an purchases. Overall pretty good experience.
Simply a decent size Apple store. It does get extremely busy. I mean extremely busy.

I went in for advice for a new iPad for my daughter and Red, the sales assistant couldn't have been more patient or helpful. He explained everything very clearly about the different products and had a lovely friendly manner. 5 star service - thanks very much!
Needed my AirPods repaired. Walked in the store and were greeted with lovely staff who were kind and inviting. Received excellent help from Pedro at the Genius Bar and he made it extremely easy for me to have them repaired. Great service, Pedro is a credit to your store.
We recently visited the Apple Store to purchase an Apple Watch and we were positively surprised by the level of service provided by the staff. One in particular, Dan stood out with his exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. I came in for an appointment with Jack at the Genius Bar because my MacBook Pro had died and wasn’t turning back on. He was really knowledgable and friendly and tried out a bunch of things which eventually worked, and my laptop is now working again, and I didn’t have to pay anything. It was a great service which I’d definitely recommend. Thank you!

I have only been to this Apple store a couple of times, and visited again today... but each time I have been amazed and impressed at how professional and knowledgeable every one is, the genius bar really does have a genius look after you and no matter how small or simple the problem is you feel that you have been cared for in such an amazing way.... for a monster company you provide an incredibly personal service. thankyou
Just wanted to give a little shout out to Rami and Alex for helping me fix a technical issue with my mac yesterday. I came in quite frantically and was unable to get an appointment that day but they took the time to help me fix it themselves. I was able to make an important deadline on time. Thank you so much! 10/10 service!
