Amazing service! I used skip this evening. I had a couple special requests in the note area. I took the opportunity to thank the staff & tell them to stay safe!
When were thanking "essential workers" we often over look the service industry! Yet who are we depending on to feed our babies &/or our bellies when we wish not to brave the grocery store lines! When we've been to busy to cook. Or simply when we are just too lazy to do so!
To my surprise this lovely note was attached to my bag! Which made me feel absolutely wonderful that I was able to bring happiness and kindness to the shift 😊
Let's keep in mind we're all in this together ❤ let's be kind!

Great service everytime I go in, busy place but they move fast! Only thing, please just take a tad more time on the mozzarella sticks I used to love them but lately they are always wayyyyy underdone not melty. Other than that I love this BK keep it up. 😁😉

Worst employee working in the night not able to attend customer properly talks so rudely as well as takes a lot time to complete the order when i see inside window he works on his own tone

The place was really dirty. I had a pretty good burger at another location so kept my expectations high. Guess what, the review would be bad even if expectations were low. The burger was cold. I just realized I was about to make a typo and call it "gold". The sause tasted funny and it felt like the burger was a month old.

Just ordered a large onion rings and a ten peice nugget, and could not believe what I was given. Both rings and nuggets weren't even at room temperature, was going to return then realized why this location has been shut down multiple times. Would like to blame it on the kids working but don't think it's there fault, you have to blame Management and ownership. They had to of been told to get rid of food sitting under the heat lamps to people coming through the drive thru hoping the inconvenience to return is to much of a hassle. Never again shall I order from BK. Poor leadership from top to bottom.
