Really, you guys???? I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, add cheese. This, is what I got. A dry, freezer burned rubbery chicken patty on a bun with cheese. No mayo, no lettuce, no tomato. And no receipt. I mean it's my fault for eating fast food garbage. But I paid $9 for this pathetic sandwich. Will. Not. Return. 👎

Ok, I got the fast food. Look forward to it sometimes. I asked for extra tarter on the filet of fish. Lately they have been dry. Cold fries. Sorry I asked now. They can't get the fast food out right.

I don't go here often but my son says the Kingston McDonald's food always tastes better than other locations. I thought about it and realized, he was right lol. Anytime I've gone the burgers are never dried out and fries are fresh. The only bummer is the website shows them open until 11pm but they have a handmade sign at the drive thru, that they close at 8pm. The staff always seem really busy but they are always friendly.

I hate to rate this place lower than typically necessary, as the food is actually decent for a McDonald's in terms of the freshness, as well as the customer service being exceptional. The main issue is with McDonald's corporate and franchisees who have raised prices so significantly, a steakhouse burger is the same price as a double quarter pounder with cheese. I will not buy food from McDonald's until they resolve this issue.

Why is everything so d*mn salty?
And I thought I'd splurge and try the Shamrock Oreo McFlurry. Can I just say, not a color, flavor, texture, or aroma found in nature. Don't go there. It was under mixed with a green slime on top. I literally couldn't pull the spoon out. Very unappealing and I threw away 95% of it. And I think it was around $5. So sad.

Honesty is rare these days. I ordered through the drive-thru and paid by debit card. Upon picking up my food, the young lady handed me two dollar bills and some change. I was determined that it wasn't mine and didn't want to accept it. But she was adamant it was to be returned to me. Long and short of it, she could have kept it and I would never have known the difference but being an honest person she returned what wasn't hers and that is not only admirable but commendable!
