Wednesday 6/22/22 at 8:25 I placed my order at Sonic in Kingston, TN. Simple, number 1 with diet coke. 30 minutes past after I watched other cars get their meals (some from ordering on the app and some placing it there). I couldn't get anyone to answer my button so I walked to the door to inquire. The girl didn't have my order in the system at all. She asked what I wanted and I replied nothing right now. 40 minutes had past.

I ordered thru parking menu. The service was fast, the car-hop was friendly, also the burger and fries were up to temp and tasty. In my opinion, this is one of the better Sonic's.

Very good, always pleased other than ordering. Every time I go during the day I feel rushed into ordering, and If I have a substitute or add something I forget I’m at a drive-thru because it’s almost not aloud.

Burgers now taste like they are made of lab grown meat. They always fill large fries halfway. Pay for for a large, get a small.

Service was great but they got my order wrong apparently most of the employees have a tuff time hearing customers making orders due to defective speakers. the manager came out to my car and finally got my order corrected.

Took our order immediately with no wait. Food came out hot within 3-4 minutes. Everything ordered came out correctly. Soft pretzel- DELICIOUS. Mozzarella sticks- also perfect. TOTS WERE HOT. After i scarfed that down I quenched my thirst with the refreshing sweet tea. Unlike many Sonic locations, this one hit different. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sonic.

So Sonic is one of my favorite places I highly recommend the French vanilla iced coffee I always get extra French vanilla. I would also recommend the cheddar bites these things are so addictive it's unreal it's almost like a mozzarella stick except with cheddar and it is so delicious.

This time they did a good job of getting my online order correct. The food was mostly hot. The garlic bacon burger and onion rings were delicious. My soda was a little flat, needed more carbonation but it was 1/2 price so no biggie.
