Pizza Pizza is leading the game in Kingston. The plant based options are fire! The plant based chick'n bites are a game changer, my non-vegan friends and partner enjoy them a lot. The Spicy plant-based chick'n Sandwich with dairy free cheeze is awesome as well. Lots of vegan options available but the super plant pizza is highly recommended, careful for the spicy kick in the plant based chorizo, but it's delicious. The restaurant is always very accommodating, delivery/pickup available.

This place has gone down hill. Been waiting 2 hours for a order. They claim the driver was here at 12.30am.. have they ever heard of knocking?? They also always seem too have a hard time finding my house ... they clearly need too use google maps Would have been faster to make a pizza from scratch. The food finally did arrive at least tho

We ordered from this store and the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong house. An hour after we placed the order we called and asked if we could get the pizza for free because of their 40 min delivery guarantee. The manager was rude and accused us of trying to get more free pizza out of the situation. We were really frustrated because at this point, we were out $30 and had no pizza. Eventually, the manager contacted the driver who told him he delivered the pizzas to the wrong house. 3 hours later we finally got our order but were not given a refund even after they figured out it was the drivers fault. Customer service is a joke. Pizza pizza managed to do one thing right though, they’ve successfully turned me, my family, and friends away from the company. Maybe I should thank them, because never again will I have to suffer such disrespect, incompetent employees, and subpar pizza.

Went to get some pizzas with friends after seeing a deal for 4 small pizzas for $20. When I went to order I was told that they were "out of small pizzas". When I asked how that was possible I was told that the deal ended at 7 PM. I left without ordering anything else. Upon returning home, I was disappointed to see that the deal did not in fact expire at 7 PM and that I had been lied to at the restaurant. This experience has tainted my opinions as a long time pizza pizza customer. I will not be returning to this location again.

I went in to order a chicken sandwich, while I was in line... I watched the people touch multiple products, cash and food without washing their hands. I was completely disgusted. I told the employee I saw it happened and she apologized. That's the last time i'll ever step foot in this establishment. Sure, it's a pizza place, but I refuse to get sick because of their disgusting habits.

I would give no stars if that was possible... I ordered a pizza and was not issued a refund for the delivery driver's mistake of delivering it to the wrong house. This is a common occurrence with Pizza Pizza, so their terrible customer service this time just saved me a fortune from spending another penny there. Avoid at all costs!
