OMG, ate here for the first time, and we were really impressed. I had the bangers and mash, James had the steak and mushroom pie... both were fabulous, the I peas on mine were under cooked, but staff took care of it right away. Our server , Shane was very attentive and we can wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

Had a wonderful experience. Shane really took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The French onion soup was the best I've ever had. The steak and mushroom pie was way too salty, but the mashed potatoes and peas made up for it! Will be back for sure!

Very good atmosphere! We came here for a fun place to have a couple drinks and wind down. The drinks were good and the place is a lot of fun. A fun pub style place. A little loud and boisterous and perfect for a good time! We ended up getting a poutine to share to help mellow out all the drinks and it was huge! Perfectly salted fries, great gravy and real cheese curds. No idea how we would ever eat this solo. This place is a great place to have fun!

my boyfriend and I were spending my birthday together there and it was so lovely. Food came fast, drinks were delicious, waitresses were especially lovely. They complimented my outfit and eye makeup, and when we got seated they dimmed the lights of our section for more of a romantic vibe. We went there for our first date two years ago, and have kept coming back since regularly. Highly recommend

Best pub in town. It's not so much that the food and beer is so much different than any other pub;it's the vibe that sets The Toucan apart.You can feel comfortable here alone. You can feel safe here as a woman. You can wear whatever you like. The Toucan is a welcoming, all inclusive hole in the wall with the best bartender in town. The icing on the cake is that they have great live music at least twice a week with no cover charge. All ages, all genders, all colours and all peaceful types are welcome here.
