There was six of us that went for a meal here back in July on a weekend for my father's birthday. The majority decided on the set menu, and the rest had what they wanted off the normal menu. Service was great and friendly, catered to our every need. The food and drinks were wonderful, and served promptly everyone really enjoyed it. Lovely small restaurant, make sure you get a table booked in advance.

Very tasty Chinese food with very warm friendly service. Staff could not have done more , kids loved it. We had the Sunday set menu which was excellent value. Chicken chow mein was the best I had anywhere in the area !

An absolutely wonderful experience. I've come here on and off for over 15 years and it's always excellent food. This time we had the "Five course banquet" and it absolutely delivered. All the starters were full of flavour and the presentation was spot on. For mains I shared the lemon chicken and chow mein with my wife and loved them both. The portions were perfect, erring towards the generous side. The pudding was small but sweet, a perfect end.
The staff were efficient and polite. The table and chairs were clean and comfortable (though not cosy). The music was relaxing and not too loud. The decor felt authentic and atmospheric. There were plenty of drinks available although my wife loves cider and there was only one choice of cider so that didn't quite suit her.
Overall if you like Chinese food you simply can't go wrong coming here.

It's my husband's birthday and we usually have a meal here on our birthdays but he didn't feel well enough to go out. I phoned to asked if they delivered takeaways and they didn't but meals could be collected. My order was ready in about 20 minutes and a pleasant lady served me. The food was hot and delicious. It's our favourite Chinese restaurant and we have never been disappointed. Thank you.

Ordered for collection this evening ,lady was lovely on the phone ,ordered off menu and was happy to accommodate this . From phone call to my table it took all of ten mins. Delicious food and can't wait to go back for my birthday for the banquet as that aswell is delicious.

Great value 5 course meal was excellent in both quality and quantity for £12.95 each. The service was efficient. Most standard drinks were appropriately priced a pint of beer £3.00 However I was just a little surprised at the cost of large of house White wine with soda seamed comparatively quite expensive at £6.00

Very friendly staff. Food delicious and piping hot. Great value with the 5 course for £12.50 option. Portions plenty large enough, we were too full for pudding!!! Lovey, would recommend.
