Chicken Man

I have been going to Chickenman for at least 20 years. Tonight I ordered some food through Menulog and when it arrived it was wrong. I made an effort and drove it back to Chickenman. I told the staff and they spoke to a man in the kitchen. He came out and and took the wrong meal off me and then told me to contact Menulog to ask for a refund. I didn't want a refund but a meal. I was there and was happy to collect my meal myself but this person was very dismissive and just walked away back into the kitchen refusing to fix the problem. He was very rude and refused to discuss it with me any further and I felt like I had done something wrong. I asked the staff if he was the boss and the girl serving said he was the son of the boss. I'm very disappointed in you Chickenman, after all these years this is how you treat your loyal customers, I will not be visiting again

Went there and ordered and picked up chips calamari and chicken as well as gravy which I have been getting for as a main type of order for more than 25 years only to get it home and discover the food is well and truely under cooked and under below recommended temperatures. Called store to complain and was told they will not do a thing about it! $45.00 down the drain and the owners son who would only give his name as “Daniel” thinks this is acceptable. Owner beware your son has just ruined your business over his inability to accept fault. I have photos of food under temp and state of soggy chips and fish. Chicken was so dried out the breast had cracks the meat. Daniel needs to return more then just the meal money and I will never order there again. This will be posted everywhere and until the owner comes to the table and fixes the wrong doing of his business I will not stop.

My son's bday today,he turned 20. His bday meal request was Chicken man Ordered the 12pack chicken pieces, 2 large chips and large gravy. Lunch $33.10 Chips have a very original tasting salt, mix of vinegar ,lemon and salt. The fried chicken isn't overly greasy, they cook the chips fresh for you. Very nice lunch 👍👍👍👍 Have been a customer of Chicken Man for over 20 years
