In the middle of completing a 6 inch sub order, another customer arrives, the server stops my order and proceeds to serve the new customer. When I stated that this is rude, server continued to serve the new customer who had just entered. And stated just 2 minutes madam.
I could have understood if I had a large order but to stop making 1 sub to serve a customer who had just entered I find extremely rude.
My 6 inch meatball sub had 4 of the tiniest meatballs, not sure if thus is just Kingswood or subway cost cutting.

Ordered 4 foot long subs and 4 drinks and 12 cookies . We received 3 foot long subs , 2 drinks and 4 cookies . It is not hard to check the order before sending it . The worst part about this restaurant is that their only contact number is a mobile and they don’t answer it. So you cannot even call about the errors . Won’t be using this restaurant again .

**WORST SUBWAY STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN FOOD HYGENE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE SUBS WERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, SOGGY, STALE AND I HAD A BUG IN ONE OF MY SANDWICHES.

Sometimes these guys are really good, and I like to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are my closest store yet over the last few months they have gotten my order wrong three times through uber eats. It is an incredibly simple order, the first two times it was just the wrong bread, which as it was the end of the night i let it go as they may have run out of my usual. Despite this, if you have run out notifying your customer of this would be preferred rather than just sending them the wrong meal. Today, i waited 40 minutes for my order to even be finished, and it was completely wrong, the correct bread this time, but the sandwich was drowning in mayonnaise and all of the wrong ingredients. Might just be the last time i order from these guys. Not very impressed.
