Fantastic course, absolutely loved the round of golf. Heavy rain for a couple of days before, but you couldn't tell. The fairways and greens were in great condition. Didn't go in the clubhouse for food but the smell was amazing.

Kirkby Lonsdale GC. Was a great par 72 course. Not as hilly as I expected but has some good undulations. Greens were very good for March fairways aswell. No winter mat in play for this time of year was good. Some great holes to play a few blind tee shots. Absolutely outstanding views of surrounding area. Only thing was some of the holes hcps didn't seem correct? Hcp 1 seemed very easy compared to next hole which I think was Hcp 7. No bother though.
Bar and proshop staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar was good afterwards too, drinks and food were great.
Definitely will come back.

Great course and hospitality. Excellent breakfast set us up for the day. Course, in particular the greens, are in great condition, highly recommend a days golf here - very reasonable green fees and packages.

Fantastic views out on a very interesting course. The clubhouse staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome. 2 pints of san Miguel seemed abit steep at almost 10 quid. Would I go back YES its a cracking place.

Great course, winter golf today, frosty this morning but turned out sunny in the end
Thoroughly enjoyed the course and will be coming back in a few weeks to play again
In summer the views will be even better than they were today, so nothing more to say

Lovely golf course. If you're playing rubbish, like I was, the views are fantastic.
Great food at reasonable prices. Staff in the clubhouse couldn't do enough for us.
