My son and his partner took me out for dinner and his choice of venue was spot on. The steak pie is simply wonderful and prawn cocktail excellent, topped off with rhubarb crumble and ice cream... Delicious!

Do you know what, I really liked this place! First time there, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the barlady was lovely and friendly, and I felt right at homeas soon as we entered. They also allow dogs, which is brilliant as I'd stopped by with a friend when we were walking the pooch. Love the vintage pub look too, its nice to go to somewhere that's affordable and cosy. Definitely recommend after a walk around Ravenscraig!

The 4 of us had a lovely meal today it was tasty well presented and great service from George and the rest of the staff. Very friendly and a bit of good banter made us feel welcome. We will definately return...if you like a good atmosphere and good food go on fill your boots you will be made very welcome.

It is what it is a local friendly pub with hearty food. Steak pie,fish and chips excellent for the price and great service. I have been a few times and definitely go back. Great place to go for a chilled munch at any time.

What a lovely place! The couple behind the bar (I assume they are the owners) were incredibly nice, I instantly felt like a regular customer, even though I've never been there before. Classic cozy British pub interior, typical pub food, fresh and tasty. They got a lunch offer and a nice range of appetizers, mains and desserts, everything reasonably priced. If I'm ever visiting Kirkcaldy again, I'll definitely go back there

Dropped in for a few pints the evening of 16th Feb 23 and it was the best atmosphere around, the heating was on and it was cosy, the barmaid was very professional and knew exactly when I needed a re fill of Guinness, which is ideal.
I intend to go back tonight again.
The Landlord George always says hello when he is in.

Great little pub! Quite busy on a Friday lunch time and was lucky to get a table in the bar, quick beer service, and the food arrived almost as quickly. Great value fish and chips!

We were taken here for lunch by a friend who lives locally. Warmly welcomed on arrival and good covid measures in place, including track and trace details.
Excellent menu choices and drinks and good served quickly. Presented very well too. All our courses were delicious.

well I'm not much of a drinker but as for food well I like to think I know what I like and honestly I cant rate the food highly enough I had 3 course bar lunch potato skins ,steak pie ,chocolate fudge cake/ice cream great surroundings and staff........ .cannie beat it and a hidden treasure

First i opt for the hot choc as i was so cold and it was nice and hot warmed me up as I'm a oap now lol i got the oap deal was surprised that it was the same size as my daughter's meal of potato skins macaroni chips and salad sweet if Apple pie abd ice cream staff was nice and service was spot on will have to go more often x

Always have a lovely meal at the Path and the staff are soooooooo friendly. We have followed George from away back when he was at the Top of the Toon then the Novar and now the Path. It has been all done up recently and looks fab. We try and get through every two months. Well worth the drive and the prices are unbelievably great.
