Just been in for lunch (19/10/23)
with a couple of friends. Have to say our lunch was delicious indeed. Homemade Sweetcorn and paprika soup and goats cheese and chutney sandwich. I had a prawn sandwich all fresh and very tasty.
The menu was varied and all sounded tempting.

The whole visit was amazing. The best poached eggs ever, very fast service, my Dad's best ever hot chocolate, and he's 89. I cannot fault a single thing here. My Dad's trip to Kirkcaldy was perfect. Thank you.
Very nice cafe with delicious coffee and cakes. Couldn't wait to eat it before taking a picture 😋. Extremely dog friendly, offered my lab a sausage and a bowl of water, just what she needed after a walk around Beveridge park
The food is amazing! Tried something new today, the choripan, and is my new favourite! Great coffee too. Friendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit. My go to when hungry in Kirkcaldy!

A lovely little coffee shop with phenomenal food and lovely staff. This is one of those little places that you find and always want to go back to, the food was absolutely incredible, I had wanted the Cuban chicken but the pulled pork replacement was outrageously tasty. I cannot recommend enough!
Surprisingly excellent food. I had the baked potato hash and my wife had the breakfast burrito (which was called something else) but both delicious. Even the coffee was better than normal. Definitely worth stopping in. Quick and very friendly service! Dog friendly.
Brilliant Cafe, staff are always really nice and the food is brilliant. Had the beetroot arepa, added poached eggs and it didn’t disappoint.

My partner and I stopped here as we were driving the Fife Coastal Route. We decided to try Roots & Seeds because of their vegan options and we were thoroughly surprised at how good the food was! The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend this place :)
